- MCMadison Carter5 days ago2.0DO NOT GET BIRTHDAY CAKES FROM THIS STORE. This store is great for everything but your bakery needs. I’ve ordered 2 birthday cakes from here in the last few months and both have been not what i ordered and no one seems to care enough to do anything about it. The first time they canceled my order because it was an online order and I was told “people don’t pickup online orders” therefore the order was canceled. The second time, I went in person to order since “people don’t pickup online orders”. I told the bakery guy exactly what I wanted. he seemed to be “writing the order down”. When it was time for pickup, the cake was NOT what I ordered AND the year on the cake was wrong! As stated above this store is GREAT for everything EXCEPT your bakery needs.
- JAJavier ArechigaSep 27, 20261.0I shop on and off but this store employees could get a some lessons on customer service and personality. Yesterday, I went through the checkout and Dante was at the register. I ask him twice about something on sale but no answer. Not until I addressed him by his name did he respond. Then he said “ if it’s on sale it’s on sale “ so I asked him to look at the flyer but he couldn’t find it. I looked at it and found it right-a-way. So he gave me a look and rang it up. No customer service!!!
