Instead of trying to help or explain the situation, the staff simply said, "It's not working," without offering any assistance or alternatives. The only positive part of my visit was the manager, who was polite, patient, and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Because of this experience, I would rather drive farther and shop at another Tom Thumb where the customer service is much better.

I was there July 20th.I complained to guest services and they nonchalantly apologized and said they would remove them from the shelves. It is not the first time. I check because I have had to spoiled food from this store before, which I threw away. I am an old white lady who has shopped there for 35 years. I sincerely wish TOM THUMB would bring in new management and Clean Up this store!

Ended up with some chicken wings. After leaving turns out the wings were non edible. They were hardened. Probably several hours old. I will not come back to this Tom Thumb nor would I recommend their deli.
