- STSandra TorresMay 5, 20261.0If I could, I would give ZERO stars. Please note this review is based off one employee and not the store as a whole. I visited Tom Thumb on 4/29/26 and went to the restroom and noticed an employee used the restroom and did NOT wash her hands. A few minutes later I went to the meat market and noticed that woman I saw in the restroom is the meat market attendant. Her name tag said her name is Noelia. It is beyond disgusting to have to witness any person not wash their hands after using the restroom but it is a health hazard and completely unacceptable when that person is handling meat & seafood products for customers. There are clear signs in the restroom labeled "all employees must wash their hands." I will never return to this store for this reason and I hope no one has became ill after purchasing meat or seafood products this woman has handled.

- ANAmanzi NApr 26, 20262.0Today was unacceptable! I was standing at the self check out for an unacceptable amount of time. I only needed my id verified for the alcohol. My register light up flashing saying an attendant will be with me shortly but no one came over. After waiting a lady came over to help the woman beside me then instead of helping me she walks off and then walks over to help someone else to the register. All while my register is still flashing saying loudly that help will be coming soon but it didn't! I left the bottles at the register and went about my way. If I was rude and started yelling yall would have all kind of things to say about me but I stood there patiently waiting and was still looked at weird. So humiliating!
- DBDonald BrownApr 18, 20261.0They are in extreme violation of several fire codes They had displays blocking areas that were aisles, large worker carts randomly through the store, and even one of the entrance exits areas was locked so you literally if there was a fire there was only one way out and that is a major violation with any business I'm reporting this to the fire marshal in that area oh the fines will be outrageous
