  The store is clean and well organized. Good selections of pretty much everything. I think their beer selection is better than most Spec's. Just saying 😉

  There is so much stuff and displays stacked in the aisles that it's hard to walk with your cart. I understand maximizing your shelf space but what good is it if your customers can't walk without bumping into each other. This is on top of an already narrow store.

  UPDATE: 10/12/2026 - WOW! That was super quick regarding the sale price. I went to the Deli and got my Dietz and Watson. This time the sale price was on the package. Thank you so much for addressing this issue and so quickly😄 I generally like this store. However, in the Deli department if your purchasing a sale on Dietz and Watson lunch meat make sure when scanning at the checkout that there is an employee close by as the sale price NEVER rings up it's ALWAYS the full price. OR if your going to a cashier to check out keep an eye! A friend and I were discussing it as it has happened to her also and saying how many people are not paying attention and they are paying the full price. This has happened on 3 separate occasions! Coincidence?🤔

  this store is cleaner and in general, better maintained and run than most of the local Tom Thumbs. However they have started doing what appears to be common practice at Tom Thumb stores and pulling sale items off the shelf while they are on sale and putting higher cost items that are not on sale in the "on sale" spots. long time employees are generally excellent but they are increasing having employees with a dont care, ingnore the customer attitude, on my latest visit had 2 employees ignore me when I tried to ask them something and had 2 customers ask me for assistance because employees either ignored them or said they had to get someone to help them and never came back.

  App usually fails to find sale prices and makes it nearly impossible to clip necessary coupons to get the sale prices. The Tom Thumb app frequently fails to start. Wi-Fi doesn't work in the stores so I have to turn wi-Fi off to use the app. When ringing up items at the register it's nearly impossible to tell what price they are charging me, even after selecting pay and getting it to apply sale prices. Getting the 50% off discounts for expiring items is a total pain in the butt, especially when I use self checkout. Cashiers commonly make mistakes during checkout.
