- KGKathryn GradyOct 5, 20261.0I was in the store this morning. I was looking for a box of Post Great Grains -Cranberry Almond crunch cereal. There was none on the shelf. I asked an employee if there was some in the back. She said go find a manager. It is her job to find a manager not mine. I stood there for a minute and she went back to talking to another employee and ignored me. She should have said, wait just a minute and I will find someone to help you. She was more interested in talking to her friend. After I checked out I was going to stop at customer service. There was no one there. I have shopped at this store for many, many years. I am very disappointed in the service I received today.

I still had to buy the cake because it had my daughter's name and we needed the cake for her party but I was not happy with this purchase. They didn't even offer a discount for the mistake. Only received a "oh yeah it doesn't look the same as the cake you ordered".
