  I’m honestly really disappointed with the customer service my elderly mother received in the morning days ago. She comes in semi regularly for the Western Union services offered there and was left standing at the desk for an extended period of time. Another employee repeatedly paged for assistance while my mother and other customers waited with no explanation. Only several minutes later and with no acknowledgment from the general manager did the employee finally come out of the office in the back. It’s upsetting knowing elderly customers like my mother are ignored like this, especially when they rely on staff for help with certain services. A little urgency and communication would go a long way.

  This is our go-to store—we’re here 4 to 5 times a week. Janet is hands down the most helpful person in the building. From our very first visit nearly two years ago to today, she’s been consistently courteous, attentive, and genuinely kind. We always look for her when we come in. She makes the experience better every single time.

  Bad experience with this cashier "Janet" when I was asking for a money order.. She is a really bad customer service.. I was waiting for someone to attend me..when she told me "what are you need?" Like rude voice. And I was looking at her.. and she going to "I'm on my break..what are you need?" and I spoke with this manager "jose" and he said he's going to talk to "Janet" about it.. but hopefully provide customer service courses to her.. very bad experience.. never come back again

  I came in last week and had a frustrating experience. The employee with orange hair at the customer service desk had a noticeable attitude and wasn’t able to provide the service I needed, even though there’s a sign stating that it’s offered. It was disappointing to leave without getting what I came for. Based on my visit, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re expecting reliable service.

  Apparently store coupons(items on sale or marked down) and using manufacturer coupons (paper or digital) is a no no at this Tom Thumb only. Manager Sami said I could only use one or the other. That's fine and dandy, but be consistent at every Tom Thumb. Out of all the Tom Thumbs I frequent, this is the FIRST time this happened. I only stopped by this one because it was next to a store I frequent. Even when you scan the item, it pops up 5 off 2, but they still would not honor. Never have I been so embarrassed.
