I FINALLY FIND SOMEONE AND THEY SAY IT CLOSES AT 9, CHECK TIME IT5 9:13, SO THE TIME IT TOOK ME TO FIND SOME ONE, WHILE THE PERSON THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE WAS NOT THERE, THEY CLOSED!!!??!!??!??! I ASK IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET ANY OF THE CHICKEN OUT OF THE GLASS CASE AND SHE SAYS NO, THEY'RE CLOSED!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM A TOM THUMB!!!!!

While another employee was assisting me, a young teenager employee at the desk laughed sarcastically at me for asking help. That was disrespectful and unacceptable customer service. Customers should be able to ask a simple question without being mocked. I’ve been shopping for groceries at this store for about 8 years and have never had an experience like this before. I hope the store manager addresses this with the employee and reminds the team to treat customers with basic professionalism and respect. Do better.

I went in today to get tags renewed during normal business hours. There was NO ONE in the store that could handle the task. When I asked to speak to the manager she was extremely rude without so much as sorry for the inconvenience. Apparently when someone goes home sick no one else can run customer service.
