  The organic tomatoes I bought there had larvae it was disgusting. It’s the second time I get expired stuff from there. Never again

  My husband loves to shop at Tom Thumb and I have warned him several times that the quality of meat and produce just isn’t there. This past week had an heirloom tomato rot two days after we bought it but today I’m gonna talk about this steak. The date on the label said it was packed July 8th, today is the 10th, and it should be sold by the 12th. I open both individual ribeye packages and the meat already had gray edges with a sour smell. I tried to salvage by cutting the gray off, but after doing some research I made an executive decision to not risk it and toss it out and go get a refund tomorrow. This should NOT be happening to meat that isn’t past expiration so y’all might want to check your temperature gauges on the refrigerated meat cases because it’s clearly not correct. And this is why I shop at Kroger and HEB/Joe V where this doesn’t occur. Please do better.

  Please get rid of the baskets that lock up when you exit the store. Just happened to me and I hit my shin on the basket because the basket stopped so abruptly and it caused a huge bruise. This has happened to me twice for no reason.

  Bad experience lied to in stolen from by store employee do not bother going here to use their Pokemon machine they have a theft ring going within the store what they do is they tape up the machine they put up out of order signs they wrap Tom Thumb bags around the credit card part of the machine so as to make sure that you cannot pay for your purchase and they also make sure to use intimidation tactics by hovering around you and telling you over and over and over again that the machine doesn't work. After you've tapped the machine to make sure that there are actually Pokemon cards in there they then as soon as you walk out of the store after basically shoving you out of the store by telling you the machine doesn't work and staring at you like you're stupid they then buy all the booster boxes that are in the machine and then remove all the signs saying that the machine doesn't work only leaving individual booster packs it's the short little Mexican girl that works at the self-checkout and also another girl who claims to be manager both wearing glasses work evening shift and this happened tonight so again don't go there very shady workers and I'm pretty sure there's a conflict of interest somewhere in there there's no reason why you should be able to be at a store work there and hover around the machine all day and then also buy all the cards so that my children can't come and collect Pokemon cards legitimately shame on you all for hiring such unscrupulous people you are wasted my money we drove from Frisco Texas to that machine and got ripped off I will be putting in a complaint to corporate as well as the store if the store manager isn't in on it as well very sad Behavior my kids went home very sad horrible thing to do to a father right after Father's Day
