  Please get rid of the baskets that lock up when you exit the store. Just happened to me and I hit my shin on the basket because the basket stopped so abruptly and it caused a huge bruise. This has happened to me twice for no reason.

  Bad experience lied to in stolen from by store employee do not bother going here to use their Pokemon machine they have a theft ring going within the store what they do is they tape up the machine they put up out of order signs they wrap Tom Thumb bags around the credit card part of the machine so as to make sure that you cannot pay for your purchase and they also make sure to use intimidation tactics by hovering around you and telling you over and over and over again that the machine doesn't work. After you've tapped the machine to make sure that there are actually Pokemon cards in there they then as soon as you walk out of the store after basically shoving you out of the store by telling you the machine doesn't work and staring at you like you're stupid they then buy all the booster boxes that are in the machine and then remove all the signs saying that the machine doesn't work only leaving individual booster packs it's the short little Mexican girl that works at the self-checkout and also another girl who claims to be manager both wearing glasses work evening shift and this happened tonight so again don't go there very shady workers and I'm pretty sure there's a conflict of interest somewhere in there there's no reason why you should be able to be at a store work there and hover around the machine all day and then also buy all the cards so that my children can't come and collect Pokemon cards legitimately shame on you all for hiring such unscrupulous people you are wasted my money we drove from Frisco Texas to that machine and got ripped off I will be putting in a complaint to corporate as well as the store if the store manager isn't in on it as well very sad Behavior my kids went home very sad horrible thing to do to a father right after Father's Day

  As I was in the store being a secret shopper, I saw the most disgusting things that you shouldn't find in any bakery and also the sanitation was unbelievable. I seen cake dough on the floors and the icing tubes that are used for decorating cake's were thrown inside a dirty bowl. There was a mixing bowl that had old hard cake mix in it. The attire that they wear is the company's uniforms and that's not acceptable working in a bakery. You should be dressed as a professional baker with a Baker's hat. There should be 100% cleanliness and perfect sanitation at all times. I will not be buying a cake at this location until things are done correctly.

  Cake department is horrible. Doesn’t speak English, and says it’s my first day here. Respectfully, if it is someone’s first day, you don’t leave them alone to handle a full responsibility with hours of standing out there. She gave me a form to fill 3 days before my occasion and mentioned someone will call me in the morning who will be the cake designer. Of course no body called me. We had to go there “again” and she responds with “idk it’s my second day here” .. I will “make sure” she calls you in the morning or text u. Yet no call or text received until my occasion came :). Sad story! Unbelievable.. and for your acknowledgement I took a picture of the filled form, and made sure my name/phone number/ and rest of the details correct. Waste of time! They should not operate customized cakes!
