Alyssa was overseeing the self-checkout area when I encountered a problem where the register did not acknowledge the coupons clipped to my account in the TomThumb app. After several attempts to override the process and after checking my account, she manually entered the correct prices and gave me the discounts. This process took several minutes and she was very patient and helpful throughout. Thanks Alyssa!

The supervisor should pay more attention to inventory and keep the store stocked with products that are running low, because it's happened several times that they haven't had the items I ordered. I'd like them to fix this problem and have all the products they offer because I really like this supermarket.
