  I took Mommy and we bought a few groceries. We found all of the nuts my Mommy loves. Giant heirloom tomatoes, they were so pretty I had to get one. Nice clean store with a nice cashier. Conveniently located we went to World Market afterwards.

  We love this Tom Thumb but a team member at the Drive Up & Go was very unprofessional and rude on the phone. I was calling to check on an order and he answered and spoke rudely the entire time. The location on Mockingbird was much more helpful and professional!

  I been going to this store the last eleven years because I live at village apts and is convenient but last year or so some of their night shift employees been rude and unfriendly they have this older lady that works at office and acts like new sheriff in town than customer service employee most of their employees looking at their phone more than looking to help customers. Their sales tags always wrong and out dated. Very Un organized I been putting up with it and as a grocery store you need to honor your tags if is your fault any how tonite I got some cherries and I thought the tag said 3.99 but rang up 4.99 the new sheriff in town lady walked 15 minutes to the back and told me I was wrong. The problem is they all act like I do this every night she could’ve honored the price to me as being nice to regular customer but acted like I’m trying to get freebies and I’m there every nite. To store management you lost me as a customer but this is for your future reference you don’t do that to a regular customer whether I spend $1 or &100 it all adds up. I was very offended . On the good side they have employees like Ivan and Nate and Nate is a kid that does carts. This kid has more knowledge of customer service than all the other adult employees combined. I’m done writing and I be getting in touch with corporate management and do my shopping at sprouts much better products and friendly employees and as a matter of fact yesterday the manager gave me %20 off as courtesy for being regular customer. Tomthumb at this location is getto compare to sprouts. Good luck in the future.i hope the $1 a pound helped u .

  Very nice & clean supermarket. Good specials, too. This is my main grocery store. I recommend it.

  The store is clean, bright, and easy to navigate even when it gets busy in the evenings. I love the Starbucks inside for a quick coffee run while shopping, and the pharmacy is super convenient. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, especially the folks at the deli and checkout. Parking can be a little tight during peak hours but that’s expected in this neighborhood.
