I used to live in the area and shopped at Tom Thumb. They always seemed to have quality flowers that I occasionally purchased, so I didn’t think twice about getting flowers there. They were out of the color I chose and offered a replacement color, which was fine. The delivery was timely and the delivery driver followed the instructions perfectly. The issue came when my friend sent a picture of the roses. They were BROWN AND DYING!!!!! Why were those flowers even in the store in that condition? Today, 24 hours after the delivery, my friend sent a picture of the flowers and they’re all wilted!!! This wouldn’t have happened if Tom Thumb taught their shoppers how to pick out flowers and removed flowers not fit to be purchased. No one at the store would bought those flowers. Why were they included in my order? I immediately contacted customer service and was given a refund. Glad to get my money back but i didn’t receive the service I paid for. This was a disappointing experience for me and the recipient.
