- MRMacie RiceSep 11, 20261.0I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Tom Thumb. It was already very difficult to get in touch with this specific location to place an order for cookie cakes for Patriot Day. After finally getting my order placed, I received these. I paid $25 for two cookie cakes, and unfortunately, they are so poorly decorated that I cannot give them to the firefighters they were intended for. The decorating looks incredibly rushed and unfinished, and honestly, it looks like a toddler decorated them. It also looks as if they decorated the bottom of the cookie cake. I am embarrassed to give these to anyone, especially when they were meant as a thoughtful gesture for our local firefighters. I am genuinely shocked they would even give this to a customer. After the difficulty of simply getting the order placed and then receiving a product that looks like this, I am extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering from this location again. I also regularly encounter a woman who appears to be experiencing homelessness spending extended periods of time inside the store, which has made some of my visits uncomfortable. Overall, this location has consistently been a frustrating experience, and I would expect much better from Tom Thumb.

However, there was a noticeable rotten meat odor when entering the meat department, which negatively impacted the shopping experience. Hopefully this issue can be addressed, as otherwise the store was pleasant to shop in.
