Their meat department has consistently been reliable for me. The cuts look fresh, and I've never had an issue with quality. Dinner turned out great this week thanks to the steaks I picked up here at a reasonable price.

Watch your Tap to Pay here at this location. There is employee FRAUD occurring at the register and the store manager Jeff McComber is in on it. Not only did he steal the marked down prime rib I bought, he also over charged me by $70+ dollars. Yes, I filed a police report against “Willy” folks check your records, double twice at this location.

I want to start by recognizing Yulonda (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly). She checked me out, and she was wonderful. None of my frustration was directed at her. She was patient, kind, and genuinely tried to make the situation better after everything that happened.
I normally shop at the Field Street location. Since I only get a 30-minute lunch break, I decided to place a grocery pickup order instead of shopping inside. I accidentally selected this location for pickup. Since I was already there, I decided to take advantage of the Monday fried chicken deal that my friend has been telling me about.
The experience at the deli completely turned me off. The men working behind the counter had dismissive attitudes and made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. I don’t eat thighs, so I simply asked if I could get all legs instead. Instead, I was told I’d have to purchase a second Monday special. I ended up paying double and only left with eight pieces of chicken because I refused to pay for food I knew I wasn’t going to eat.
That extra $6 may not seem like much to a multibillion-dollar company, but it makes a difference to me. Since being laid off in October, I’ve been living on a very tight budget. I make too much to qualify for food assistance but not enough to comfortably make ends meet. I can’t even grocery shop without using coupons.
For me, it’s the principle. In today’s economy, charging a customer double because they don’t want food they’ll just throw away feels like taking advantage of people. That $6 won’t make a difference to Tom Thumb, but it absolutely made a difference to me.
Yulonda was the bright spot of my visit, and I appreciate how she treated me. Unfortunately, because of the deli staff’s attitude and this policy, I won’t be returning to this location.

Did a pickup order over $100, everything i received was spoiled employee didn’t even try to check if produce was good. Requested refund and was denied TWICE without any explanation… on a pick up order, what sense does that make? This location is trash, won’t see a dollar from me again

I just left your store. Although, Amir, Brenda and Mathew were extremely helpful and polite. Regina was rude and displayed annoyances when I asked her for help. The Rainier cherries were not priced yet. - as Brenda was in the back pricing them at that moment. I needed to know the price, Regina kept rudely cutting me off while I was talking and kept directing me to the regular cherries telling me that they were priced. I had to explain to Regina twice that I was only interested in the Rainier cherries. Having to chase her around produce as she kept quickly walking away from me. At that point she became even more irritated and annoyed because she was incorrect. As a business owner, I hold my employees accountable and ensure they deliver good customer service, as it is our customers who pays us. Regina needs to learn that good customer service is a immense part of her job and is what keeps customers coming back. People buy from people they like and good experiences- Amir, Brenda and Mathew understands this, while Regina doesn’t. I also believe that Regina is a manager. If so, she’s setting a horrible example for the others and should be demoted until she learns respect for your customers and how to deliver at least mediocre customer service!
