- SLSophia Lonsdale-Hands3 days ago1.0They got my to-go order wrong to the point where I couldn’t eat it because of an allergy. This was after I had called the restaurant and emphasized my allergy. They said they could remake it, but that they would have to throw out the food that was wrong. I hate wasting food so instead just gave it to my spouse and didn’t have anything to eat myself. I had the decision for them to throw away food in order for them to remake it, which I think is a messed up decision to put somebody in who just paid $20 for something they didn’t even order. I would’ve been happy if they said somebody in the kitchen could have it, or if they give it to the homeless, just don’t throw it out, and give me my $20 back!

I heard her talking to a server disrespectfully. She treats her employees badly. I asked to talk to Ashley about an event and it took her forever to come to the table and when she came to the table, she was very unprofessional and rude. She acted like it was a inconvenience to help me set up an event. I will never have an event there and if I go back, I’m gonna call and see if Ashley is there and if she’s there, I’m not going to go eat there. Not a good experience at all.

Got out our food with ease. Recommend tasty food! Overall a great experience dining at The Rustic through and through! Thank you again! ✨️

We had our very first date here and after two years are coming back here as an engaged couple, so this places is very important to us! We recommend the brunch and everything on the dinner menu is really good. We had the empanadas as an appetizer and I had the “That Chicken Salad” for dinner! We also recommend the chicken tortilla soup for the small eaters of the group. The Rustic is a great place for people of all ages and a staple of this part of Dallas. Live music as well for music lovers!!

They also need a filtration system for their ice and soda. It tastes like they are serving drinks out of a toilet from a garden hose. The bathrooms stunk right out into the main lobby. They need management with higher quality standards and a working crew that isn’t a leftover bunch of last picked…
