- MHMisty HollowellAug 10, 20261.0I ordered through Lunchdrop at our office building: Cantina Queso - I am so furious right now!!! It is beyond ridiculous the couple of dried-up sprigs of brisket (probably from the day before) for an additional $5 that I received. I can assure you that I will never order from this place again. The queso is in a very small container as is (does not tell you about the size on menu) and taste just like it is out of a can, yuck. Most definitely not worth the price even without the brisket. They should be ashamed of themselves. The dish is only 1 ½ inches tall and 3/4 full, container is 4 inches long and almost 3 inches wide. Not to mention the chips taste like they were under a heat lamp way too long. Just disgusting all the way around. The Queso was $8.50, brisket $5, tip $2.92, tax $1.11, total $17.53.

Sat there for twenty minutes with employees walking past us ignoring us. We finally walk to the outside hostess explaining this & she says she told us to order at the bar. She absolutely did not say this. & even if she did & we somehow didn't catch it, the fact all of these other employees walked past us for 20 minutes sitting there looking around & not guide us shows the over all lack of customer service. We came to the Katy Ice house & were immediately served.
