  Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en este restaurante. Desde el inicio me hicieron esperar un tiempo excesivo sin una explicación clara ni organización en la lista de espera. A pesar de haber llegado con intención de consumir y quedarme en el lugar, la atención fue poco profesional. Lo más frustrante fue que, después de la larga espera, finalmente no me permitieron entrar al área donde iba a consumir. Esto demuestra una mala gestión del espacio y falta de respeto hacia los clientes. Entiendo que puede haber alta demanda, pero la comunicación y el trato al cliente deben ser mejores. No me sentí valorada como cliente y por esa razón no considero regresar ni recomendar el lugar.

  Great experience overall. Amanda, the manager, is very attentive, professional, and clearly committed to delivering the highest level of client service. The atmosphere is welcoming, and her leadership is reflected throughout the entire team. The security team is also professional, organized, and top notch. Excellent service and a great overall experience. Thank you again!

  My daughter brought me here on Mother’s Day. I was super excited after reviewing the menu but the experience and the food was less than subpar. I ordered the scallops and my daughter ordered medium steak. Both entrees came out extremely overcooked. They took it back and the second time it was still overcooked. My daughter gave up. I kept my food. The rubbery Scallops were $62 bucks and such a waste I tried to pretend I was pleased for my daughter and got them to go but later threw them in the trash. The sweetest manager came out and explained they had a new chef. Well that explained it but what does that have to do with me. Our dinner bill was $300 and honestly I would have been happy with Cheddars. Do yourself a favor, pass on this place, you’ll be glad you did! S/n: the only thing good were the drinks and elote. Periodt. Also the manager really did try to explain and offered free desserts. The kitchen just failed to deliver. I will not be back.

  We just did the rooftop for a few drinks on a beautiful Saturday night. Got there around 10pm when we left around midnight there was a long line to get in. Sophisticated nicely dressed crowd, enjoyed it much more than HH rooftop next door. We would go again, wish they changed the music up just a little throughout the night. Can't speak for parking bc we lucked out and got a spot nearby. Great Spot for adults🙌

  ROACHES. Been on many rooftop dinners and never had to worry about roaches until we dined at Te Deseo. My boyfriend had to kill two during dinner, one right in front of the waiter and he didn’t even offer to clean up the dead roaches. He offered to comp a meal but didn’t. Our appetite was pretty gone after the second one and we had to step away from the table while waiting on our tab because more roaches were coming from a crack on the wall. We communicated this roach issue with the manager but overall the responses weren’t very apologetic. They just brushed it off and didn’t offer any kind of remedy for our experience. Seeing a few roaches within 1.5 hours lets me know there’s many more. Makes you wonder where else in the building they could be at. A shame because the food was actually pretty good.
