- RURene Urrutia-Lopez5 days ago3.0Food was good, and the restaurant was great and my service was great as well but the other staff can be rude, and there seems to be miscommunication between the staff I bought a bottle of wine and our server said we can bring it upstairs twice, the moment we did it was a big issue where they tracked me down and confiscated the bottle, which they held on to until we left which would’ve been fine if they told us in the beginning that we can’t bring it up we would’ve either left or have them hold on to it. When we did leave I got the bottle and the staff said we can leave and when we did the guy at the front made a big deal that we were leaving with a bottle of wine that I paid in full for so I had to go back inside and explain that the guy wouldn’t let me leave and they had to explain to him that we could. Overall alright place, just need to communicate with each other more to let customers know what’s right or wrong before telling them they could do something and have another staff member telling you something else.
- ASAdrian SmithJun 28, 20265.0This is one of the best places to go if you like to have a few delicious bites and follow it up with some music, drinks, nightlife dancing with beautiful view of the Dallas downtown skyline, with a latin twists as far as the food and music, it is a unique place in that way, stands out vs other regular restaurant bars. Try the steak fajitas medium term, not your ordinary fajitas, great flavor and quality.
- ZSZach SmithJun 28, 20261.0I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience at your first-floor bar last night. Unfortunately, I received very poor service from the bartender. He was rude, had an unprofessional attitude, and took an extremely long time to prepare my cocktail and place my food order. When my food finally arrived, it was cold and was not prepared the way I had ordered it. This made the entire dining experience very disappointing. To make matters worse, I checked my bank account today and noticed that I was overcharged by $50 for charges I did not authorize or spend. I am very disappointed with the service I received and hope you will investigate both the customer service issue and the incorrect charge. I do not want anyone else to have the same experience I did. I would appreciate a prompt response and a refund of the incorrect $50 charge if it was made in error.
- MHmarlen hernandezJun 19, 20261.0Such a horrible experience I went in with my family for the Mexico game and I’ll tell you this if you are at a bar and are drinking the bartender tried to charge us $400 worth of drinks after I told her what we ordered and argued over and hour my tab came down to $200 I understand her job but the fact she tried to take ADVANTAGE of us FINANCIALLY is crazy so if you plan to come here to watch ANY OF THE WORLD CUP GAMES I’ll suggest you go elsewhere because THEY will try to take advantage of you, IF you’re not paying attention to what you are ordering! So sad that a place with good food goes down like that
- RSRalph SchwindtJun 14, 20265.0Good TVs for World Cup, on the top floor outdoor awesome bar patio with great seating for the bar as well as lounge area with fantastic downtown Dallas views. Signature cocktails were dang good. Corn a lotte sharing appetizer was well beyond expectations, compared to what you get outside of Lowe’s or other places around the D. We shared the red snapper for entrée and the Cuban black beans and rice appetizers; good employees, good atmosphere , beautiful new construction. giant downstairs dining as well and an outdoor downstairs patio as well. It seems like this place fits and the type of meal and atmosphere you desire.
