  I ordered the fried Milanesa and something was WAY OFF. the rice and beans were good (I tore those up first) but the steak tasted so so bad. I powered through the first piece and decided I didn’t like it but to give it another chance. The 2nd bite made me start wondering if the meat was bad I gave a piece to my husband so he could tell me if it’s the seasoning or what My MARINE CORP husband, who will eat expired food and bugs unbothered, said “eww this is disgusting… Maybe some kind of citrus? …Ugh I really wish I didn’t eat that” I love citrus and it was definitely not any kind of citrus. The bad taste lingered and we both needed to wash it down with water. So disgusting Idk if this is their recipe, a seasoning mistake, or bad meat. I worry it’s the latter but will follow up and cryyyy if we get a food illness

  Buenas tardes el día de ayer estuve ahí y fue una pésima experiencia muy mala la calidad del producto y la atención del personal mala fue muy mala no se disculparon Estuve ahí por varios minutos sin que nadie pudiera atenderme espero puedan comunicarse conmigo para hacerles saber la falta de empatía de su personal

  Hice mi pedido el 18 de junio a las 11:19 p. m. Esperé y esperé, pero nunca recibí mi comida. Después de 40 minutos me acerqué al mostrador para preguntar y me dijeron que mi pedido ya iba a salir. Seguimos esperando, pero pasó más de una hora y aún no recibía nada. Volví a preguntar y solicité el reembolso de mi dinero. En lugar de ayudarme, el personal respondió con mala actitud y me dijeron que regresara mañana. ¿Perdón? Quiero mi reembolso de inmediato. Es completamente inaceptable y muy poco profesional hacer esperar a un cliente por más de una hora sin entregarle su pedido y después negarse a devolverle mi dinero. Mañana llamaré para exigir mi reembolso. De ninguna manera voy a dejar pasar esta situación sin que me devuelvan mi dinero. Nunca recibí mi comida y exijo que me reembolsen lo antes posible.

  Pésimo servicio. Se tardaron una eternidad y cuando preguntabas por el tiempo faltante para recibir la comida, solo se pasaban la responsabilidad entre los empleados. Cada 15 minutos decían que faltaban 15 minutos. Asi pasamos hora y media. Imposible irse porque el dinero NO TE LO REEMBOLSAN. No vuelvo a esta porquería de lugar.

  This past Saturday we stopped here at almost 5 in the morning because we had just left the hospital, we were hungry and we usually love the tacos from here, we stopped by ordered our food and let me just tell you everything was bad, service 0/10 they took over and hour to give us 2 tacos and a torta, and that wasn’t even the worst part, when we got home the tortillas to the tacos was horrible, it’s like they gave us the oldest tortillas they had, hard almost rubbery, we live about 30 minutes from the restaurant so by the time we got home it was pretty late for us to go back and figure something out because honey the tortillas was really that bad, if I would have ate at the restaurant I would most definitely have returned that food.
