  Order six tacos it was disgusting will never go here again just will make my own tacos. They meat melt in my mouth was not fajita beef meat. Something like chopped beef brisket pulled pork. Do not go here and waste. Your money. Kids will be mad

  First time back in a few years. Did not like. No welcoming/friendly faces, was not acknowledged/ was totally ignored for a min while the attendant had a conversation. I ordered 3 bistek tacos. Waited a total of 15 min for those 3 tacos, paid $16 for 3 tacos and 1 horchata. Was about to go upfront to ask for a refund. Not happy with the wait even less the food. Tacos were too oily and meat was soggy. Was more like a soggy soft birria taco. Def won't be returning anytime soon.

  Ordering system doesn’t work. Corporate - take note. Staff team lead running today (may 30) does not manage orders and doesn’t know how to work the system or how to handle process. This took place May 30 at the Ross location at 7pm. Waited 30 mins after putting an order in and showed up to pick up food and the food was not ready. The location claimed it had no WiFi but when I showed up they found the order and began making it. I spoke with them about getting processes in place to make sure the great taco org doesn’t miss orders and received negative reception (as a business who wants to miss these). Poor local management, poor execution, poor hiring and poor customer service. I’d avoid this location despite having decent food. Execution and quality team leadership matter.
