I just left this location 10 minutes ago and the cashier Natalie T was trying to rush us to order. We pull up to the window and she greets us then 10 seconds later asked us if we needed help with the menu as if to rush us. Then we get to the window and she say we can’t pay with 2 different cards. I was an assistant general manager for Taco Bell up until 3 months ago, and unless things changed we were allowed to do that. Then her tone seemed forceful almost borderline rude. She needs to learn how to talk to customers more and to smile more often

I ordered maybe 15 minutes ago. Food is just sitting on the counter getting cold. Everyone is just walking past it other people come in and are greeted and asked if ordered online or pickup. Not me. Food is just sitting there waiting. Not sure what the problem is I just got off work.

This establishment just took my money and the black girl at the counter with the glasses at 9:45 pm on Thursday April 30th just discrimated against me because of the color of my skin or my economical profile. I have been a customer for almost a decade to feel this level of not only racial discrimination but economical discrimination is absolutely unacceptable as a business model and I want them to know this I asked, as I have everytime I've come here, to use the restroom after I eat to wash my hands and face and this girl, despite the cheese and the trash from what I was eating, said 'the restroom is only for paying customers'... I'm a paying customer and y'all messed up I have used this taco bell to get something to eat between my transfers on the bus because I have a mental disability but apparently you guys discriminate on who gets good service so have fun with that Imagine if I had a restaurant next to a train station and treated all public transportation users like trash and as an extra bonus said: no black people can use the restroom? Cause that's how I felt. I felt extremely discrimated against not only as a customer but as a person Apparently the taco bell by Mockingbird station is on some whites only colored only bathroom stuff and I'm not with that. I felt legally discrimated against to my core. The way that employee viewed me as less. That's not right. There's a problem here

I was really impressed when I walked in, the place looked clean, beautiful, and the staff were all put together and professional. However, my experience quickly changed. I had been driving for 5 hours and urgently needed to use the restroom, which is why I chose to go inside instead of the drive-thru. When I asked to use the bathroom door code, I was told I had to pay for my order first to receive the code. I understand the need to keep restrooms secure, but requiring a purchase before allowing someone in an urgent situation to use the bathroom felt unreasonable and honestly disrespectful. I'm not homeless or disheveled looking that would cause for such hostility AND there is NO SIGN outside the door that mentions Restriom for customers only. Because of this policy, I chose to leave without ordering. Unfortunately, this experience means I won’t be returning.

The employees sitting outside were incredibly disrespectful. Instead of huffing and puffing on a battery at work, knowing there’s something called secondhand smoking, they were aware that they were behind on orders. Despite this, they chose to sit outside and engage in a pointless conversation while smoking and returning to work. If they had simply done their work, they could have prevented people from having to wait for something they had paid for and driven for. Additionally, their lack of hairnets meant that bugs, hair, and dandruff could have contaminated the food.
