Extremely rude young lady working Drive through 1:30 pm 9/10/26. I ordered through the automated drive-thru, when I arrived at the window to pay and receive my order, that attendant did not speak, held out the credit card machine for me to tap my card, did not acknowledge my salutations ((how are you), and quickly closed the window afterward.
When she opened the window to hand me my food and drink, she had her face covered with her shirt as if the cigarette smoke from my car was overwhelming her, let my drink go before I actually touched it (I literally caught it mid-air) semi-tossed me the food bag and quickly closed the window. To top things off, my order was not correct but I found that out when I got back to my office. Not a pleasant experience at all.

This is the worst restaurant ever that I ordered the burritos but I kept going back and forth for almost four times because I wasn’t given what I ordered through the drive through and and the employees who were inside because they had seen me for several times, they even started laughing at me instead of apologizing. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL” restaurant NO

Terrible service. I went there on yesterday and ordered 2 enchiritos $9. They was plain, very little sauce, small & not hot. The lid was not on 1 properly. I asked for the Manager and a Hispanic man eventually came to the window but he could not speak English. The young lady that waited on me said well you asked for the Manager. I asked her for her name and she replied Ashley. She also told me that I was holding up the drive through. I thought that I was the customer! I won’t be back to this location.

Live nearby, used to go through the drive thru multiple times a week for lunch. The computer-synthesized "Hi are you checking in with your app to earn rewards points" b/s drove me crazy but could be entirely ignored because a real person would take your order a second later. A year ago or so, they changed it to a prerecorded message of a real human, but the same workaround still worked - ignore it and your good.
Apparently, instead of getting rid of that nuisance, Taco Bell doubled down and recently switched it out for a full blown AI taking orders in the drive thru. You can talk to a real person to take your order still, just have to insist on it. That would've been fine (maybe 2 stars instead of 1 here), except the person who answered seemed annoyed that I insisted on talking to them instead of a giant computer in a data center in the middle of nowhere.
Taco bell has been an easy lunch destination for me since moving here as I work from home, but this was the last straw. Won't be going back.

I’ve hit up this Taco Bell in Dallas multiple times, especially for those late-night cravings, and it’s a dependable spot in the Lake Highlands/North Dallas area. Conveniently located with easy access and a drive-thru that moves pretty fast even when busy. They’re open late, which is a huge plus for post-work or weekend crowds.
