  I think they hate making cinnamon twist. Cuz they always "forget" them in my damn order. This is the closest Taco Bell to me. I'm pregnant and want my freakin Taco Bell. Every time I order they always forget somethinggg more specifically always "forgetting" my cinnamon twist😭😭😭

  I made an order through the mobile app with the intent to pick it up in the drive thru. I confirmed the name at the speaker, but when I got to the window I was informed that someone had picked up my order. I work in the fast food industry so I understand how this can happen for Uber Eats/Doordash orders, but for orders made through the app this virtually never happens. I also understand that this order was made late at night and the drive thru was busy at the time, so I can sympathize with someone just making a mistake. However, it bugs me that I don’t even recall anyone apologizing for their mistake, or even offering any way to compensate for this inconvenience. Again, if it were a delivery app order I understand how places wouldn’t want to make the order again as it isn’t their fault an order got stolen, but in this case I still put a little blame on the workers for not being careful. If any of the cars ahead of me were also there to pick up an order, I would hope that the name would be confirmed to prevent this from happening, but if the wrong order was just mistakenly given out I would understand. Luckily, I was still able to cancel the order in the app, but I did use a reward that gave me a free item, so when I reordered I ended up having to pay for that anyways.
