  This must be the worst fast food establishment on planet Earth. I’ve been there three times in the last month. The first two times I waited 20+ minutes for an order I placed ahead of time on my app it’s clear they did not start my order until I showed up. The third time I ordered ahead of time and when I got to the window they just told me they didn’t have nuggets and then I need to cancel via the app. Pretty useless. Locations on lemon and the location on Inwood are exceptionally better.

  Childish workers laughing at a person who had cancer she couldn't pronounce the combo that she wanted and they thought that it was funny the customer express that she couldn't pronounce the the combo and they laughed even more one of the workers was name Root this was very unprofessional and you never make someone feel uncomfortable at a fast food place everyone don't know how to pronounce another language food or item instead of them helping the person they decided to laugh and this was an embarrassing moment for that individual I don't know what kind of people you'll are hiring but they need to be fired before you'll get hit with a discrimination lawsuit concerning someone's disability what's funny to them wasn't funny to the person who is suffering from this disability I will be taking this to twitter and other social media if this situation is not addressed I will be returning to see if you'll to the proper action.

  Never gives me the nacho cheese I always order/pay extra for.. why is it an MORE MONEY but I never get it.. in every Dallas location.I'm only leaving a review cause this has happened over ten times no joke... I LOVE MY NACHO CHEESE IF IM PAYING EXTRA JUST GIVE ME IT..IT CANNOT BE THAT HARD. I love my nacho cheese 🙄

  The food was good I just don’t like that after I said for my fries to be fresh I received cold ones and had to tell them and wait. Although I mentioned at the time I was ordering I’ll wait and still received them cold.

  Go anywhere but here. Rude staff and you will wait at least an hour for a mobile order that says it’s ready in 6 minutes. Plus if you ask what the hold up is the staff will say it is your fault for mobile ordering and you should have used the kiosk. Just make your own food at this point. Not worth the irritation or calories.
