  Went through Drive thru today with a huge order for work, order was taken correctly the first time and was kind and courteous. Plus when I got to work all the drinks were correct & the food. Teka (sorry if missed spelled) I will say is a plus there and received my order quick., Sorry if I ran the time I did ask for her name and thanker her for a job well done.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell (1702 N Cockrell Hill Rd, Dallas, TX) last night. I paid $16.31 for food that was COLD and tasted OLD like it had been sitting out way too long. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, I was told they “couldn’t take credit cards” with no real explanation… so I had to pay cash. That honestly felt suspicious and unprofessional. I work hard for my money and this felt like a complete waste. This is NOT the quality or service customers should receive. I’m requesting a FULL REFUND and an explanation ASAP.
