  I work deep night. And for 2 days in a row I have tried to get food from this place and both times they wouldn’t take my order. First they said their system was down cuz the A.I. crap wouldn’t work and the last time they said that I had to place an order online. What happened to the days where people did their jobs and manually input stuff into a computer. Also at their drive through menu, there is a loud high pitch sound that makes it hard to hear anything or anyone speaking.

  Went here after a concert and there was a long line in the drive thru as expected, but once we got to the window they pulled us into the lot and we waited about 20 more minutes for 2 burritos. I had asked for the vegan fresco style but apparently they didn’t know what that means because my burritos still had the creamy jalapeno sauce on them!! by the time i realized they had already gone back inside and it was going to be probably another 30 minutes to fix them anyways. Honestly if you’re vegan or have other dietary restrictions don’t go to this location the staff doesn’t know about their dietary offerings and will give you things you can’t eat. I usually love the bell for their vegan options but this location disappointed me 😞

  They told me to give them a sec, I waited, asked me how could they help and again said give them one sec, after that they said they were only taking online orders and I asked if I could order online, they started mocking me and cussing. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

  Dude wouldn't take our drive thru order at 1232 am. Total bs. Supposed to be open until 3 or 4 am

  If I could give them no stars I would. I placed a mobile order and online it said it was ready. When I pulled up they said it was not. Pulled back around and when she pushed my order to me the drink fell on my car. She did not apologize, she just looked to see if it fell and fixed another one. Red drink all on the side of my white car. Rude people, no customer service and I would not recommend anyone going here. You can tell the company does not care because the building is old and out dates. Utilizing the old mechanisms from Kentucky. All I can say is if you do not like your job do something else do not take it out on other people.
