    The 2 white lady's who are always there in the morning are rude and always have attitudes for no reason at all its sad 🫩

    What I saw today broke my heart a little. An elderly couple walked into this Subway and politely asked for the bathroom key. The two staff members told them they were too busy. A few minutes passed, and the couple asked again, this time they were told they needed to buy something first. No kindness. No courtesy. They waited patiently, looking confused and a little embarrassed. After about 10 minutes, the lady — clearly uncomfortable — bought a bottle of water. Only then did the staff unlock the bathroom. I get that it was a busy moment. But this couple wasn’t causing trouble. They were well-dressed, respectful, and just needed a little grace. At that age, waiting 10 minutes can feel like an eternity. And having to “earn” access to a basic human need like a restroom is just… sad. One day, this could be any of us. Or our parents. Please, Subway — remind your staff: kindness costs nothing. But it means everything.

    There is a gal by the name Kim who works here who has such a positive attitude and so happy to make your order perfect. Really will make an effort to come back to this location again. It's really nice to see people happy at their work and so hard working.
