  i ordered through the mobile app. i get to the store location once it says my order is ready and the doors are locked and there's a sign saying the system is down. i came back two hours later, and see an employee arrive and unlock the store. I ask her could she possibly remake my order, assuming she didn't get to make it when i placed the order. She had a nasty attitude and didn't even let me finish explaining. she tried to lie and say that the system was down, when in reality it never was. Definitely escalating this solely because of her attitude. I'm not sure if she's the manager or what but best believe her face and this store will be plastered all over tiktok!

  Look at the time on my screenshot. Internet says they closed at 10:00 and I drove up at 8:40. Guess I'll try another Subway that's open.

  This was the 2nd Subway location I visited and this one was worse than the 1st. They offer no restroom or hand sanitizer to use before food consumption. The tuna/mayo ratio by Subway needs to be re-evaluated; it’s a watery mess. Not appealing or appetizing at all. I not be returning to either location and would not recommend it to anyone. This location was poorly stocked as well.
