  I order a cherry vanilla cream coconut dr pepper. When I got to the windows I asked to make sure I have real cherries the lady informed me I got cherry syrup! Who goes to sonic for cherry cherry syrup I told her I wanted real cherries and she told me $1.79. I said no to the cherries but she had an attitude from the beginning I guess I interrupted her phone time or gossiping time because I was the only one there. Never again

  Just experienced the rudest customer service on 6/9/29 at 9:30pm that I think I’ve ever experienced. I never leave reviews but this one is worth posting. We pull up to a spot where the screen is on and appears functional. We have a large vehicle and it took a minute to fit in the spot. Once we get in, a car hop comes out and says it’s broken so we move to another spot on the other side of the aisle. It’s takes a moment to get our vehicle in, we push the red button, wait several minutes for then the lady to tell us to move to a closer spot. No greeting just an immediate command to move. We told the lady we just moved from a broken one and she said well then come thru the drive-thru then. We left immediately. Unnecessary customer service. There were other cars in the same row/aisle next to us, why ask us to move. Very rude.

  What makes a fast food experience bad? When you order it at the kiosk and wait a really long time, or when the ice cream machine never works? Really though, How about shutting down for weeks and claiming that they are online order pickup only for some reason, so you use your phone to order online at their kiosks to pick it up. This place has a problem every time and it just seems like they want to make your day a bad day.

  I went to Sonic store 7055 and I was told they do not accept SONIC gift cards. When I asked why, the shift lead said, “I don’t know, I just work here”. I called the customer service line twice and was hung up on. I think it’s so greedy that franchise owners can decide not to accept gift cards because they don’t make money on that transaction. If Sonic offers gift cards, THEY NEED TO BE ACCEPTED AT EVERY LOCATION. Why am I having to play a guessing game to see if my active Sonic gift card is or is not accepted??? Unbelievable.
