  I just spent over 12 dollars on food. I ask about condiments and the girl told me they were extra. I won't be going back. I threw the food in the trash when I got home. The chicken and tater tots were cold and greasy. The burger was slightly warm. The blast was a ridiculous example of what is suppose to be turtle. What a ridiculous way to treat the customer....refuse to give them condiments unless they pay extra for them and the items they are serving are cold. I should not be paying money just to be mad and end up throwing every thing away due to 1. The treatment i received by the staff and 2. The appalling lack of quality in food. I get it's fast food but it isn't suppose to suck.

  About an hour ago, I had the worst experience with the Sonic on Lancaster Rd. I ordered a #9 with onions, tator tots, & cherry lemonade. I also added a regular hot with chili which should have been about $13 & change, but the screen says $8.23. As I tried to get the attention of the female worker, no one responded. When I got to the window, I told the male worker that the screen was incorrect and re-explained what I wanted, but still the order was incorrect. The male worker left my food on the counter closed the windows and went out and gave someone else their food instead of tending to me. Because the behavior was nonchalant, I asked for the refund. The young female manager that came to the windows was unprofessional popping gum, rolling her eyes. Just craziness! They laughing but when dealing with people's food, you need to be caution.Get these kids out of the kitchen. Grade F
