    Overall positive experience each time. It's comforting to know a decent hot meal is quickly available when a long highway drive is ahead.

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever with Sonic Drive-In. It’s honestly disappointing and frustrating that I had to deal with such rude and unprofessional representatives over the phone. Not only were they dismissive, but they showed absolutely no concern, empathy, or willingness to help resolve the issue. Customer service is supposed to reflect a company’s values, and this experience showed the complete opposite. The lack of basic respect and professionalism was shocking. It’s sad to see a well-known brand allow this kind of behavior. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I will strongly discourage others I know from doing business here. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue, because no customer should be treated this way.

    Gotten food poisoning from this restaurant I order breakfast burritos and the eggs made my stomach sick and had to take tons of restroom breaks .. no longer ordering sonic ever again. It ruined my Friday
