I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever with Sonic Drive-In. It’s honestly disappointing and frustrating that I had to deal with such rude and unprofessional representatives over the phone. Not only were they dismissive, but they showed absolutely no concern, empathy, or willingness to help resolve the issue.
Customer service is supposed to reflect a company’s values, and this experience showed the complete opposite. The lack of basic respect and professionalism was shocking. It’s sad to see a well-known brand allow this kind of behavior.
Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I will strongly discourage others I know from doing business here. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue, because no customer should be treated this way.

Gotten food poisoning from this restaurant I order breakfast burritos and the eggs made my stomach sick and had to take tons of restroom breaks .. no longer ordering sonic ever again. It ruined my Friday

So Sonic's Drive-In on Lancaster road at I-20.
Ordered a number three medium combo.
Order the Large onion ring
Ordered a small mozzarella stick
I get my order but it took at least 10 minutes for me to get my order.
Check my food.
But my onion rings are not fresh and they're telling me that they were cooked fresh.
I'm telling Alfredo the manager that these are not fresh he says they are.
So I asked him kindly could he remake me a fresh large order of onion rings.
He told me he wanted these back I told him no I'll give these to my son.
He tells me if I wanted them remade I have to pay for them.
How are you going to tell me that in order for me to get my food the way I like it prepared and to keep the customer happy. That I had to repay another $5.32 just for the onion rings to have them made the way I like them made.
I've worked in fast food more than 25 years never have I ever heard of that.
Alfredo talked over me he wouldn't let me talk we were battling with our words because he kept talking over me and wouldn't let me say what I needed to say as a customer of Sonic's Drive-In.
He told me he would get wrote up if he made the customer happy.
I have never heard of that as long as I've worked in fast food.
I've been an assistant to a general manager.
And you're telling me that this is what Alfredo is telling me at Sonic's Drive-In on Lancaster road at I-20 that he would get wrote up if he made the customer happy because their food wasn't up to par and I find that hard to believe.
So now I have to put the onion rings that I know are not fresh in my air fryer because I don't trust them making me a fresh batch.
Because of the arguing he was doing with me he said he wasn't arguing but it sounded like arguing to me if you're talking over the customer and won't let the customer say what they need to say so that you can find a solution to make that customer happy and to keep that customer coming back then you are arguing and you're being combative with your customer.
He told me the solution was he would throw them away and make me a new batch I don't even trust it are trust that store anymore because you are combative with me Alfredo was compatible with me and wouldn't let me talk.
So if I can give no stars I would his customer service as a manager was horrible and he didn't even have a name tag on I don't even know if it's real name was alfredo I was told it was Jose so and for him to be a manager and not have on his name tag he should get wrote up again. I will never go to this sonics ever ever again. Because of how combative how I was over talked the whole time by this manager that's working at at this hour is 6: 38pm very disappointed and how my onion rings look and knowing that I have to bring them home and put them in the air fryer because he was so combative with me I don't even trust him remaking my food so I will never be back to that store.
Now y'all tell me if that's fresh and cook to order.
Am I am I tripping.
Sonics you have to do better and he told me it was because y'all was a franchise it's franchises everywhere but they going to make the customer happy to keep their customer coming back that's for a good customer service is.
I'll never go back.

I order thru the app at the stall. However they are very quick and efficient. No long waits and very pleasant. I have never had a problem at this location. When the half off is not working in the app they make it right thru the drive thru window.
