Someone at this location is using WAYYYY too much flavoring in the limeades/ocean waters/etc. No other location is like this, anytime we go we joke that it's either going to be good or it's going to be battery acid depending on whos working. Please train your employees on the correct amount of flavoring to add.
Happy to update my rating if I get a response that the message has been shared. Experience has always been good otherwise but we have had to throw away drinks multiple times upon getting home and trying them.
ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER 💯😡😡😡....0️⃣5️⃣/1️⃣3️⃣/2️⃣6️⃣...1️⃣1️⃣:1️⃣5️⃣PM.. I pulled up to the menu board outside and parked.... As I was searching the menu I pushed the order button...(A VERY RUDE AND SMART ALECK WORKER) said..." Drive-thru only drive-thru only"...(VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISCOURTEOUS💯💯😡😡)...(NO GREETING NO EXPLANATION 😡😡💯)... So I drove around to the drive-thru.. when I pulled up no one responded 😡💯.. I said hello.... (The same rude worker said "GIVE ME A SECOND"(WITH AN ATTITUDE AGAIN))😡💯... I waited several minutes, again I said hello.... She then said "I SAID GIVE ME A SECOND"(RUDELY)... I said" it's already been several minutes"... When she finally took my order (SHE STILL HAD AN ATTITUDE 💯💯)...(As I was waiting in line behind another vehicle she came out and told me the price, and wanted me to pay...) I politely told her" I will pay when you bring my food".... Then she threw her hands up in the air and made the comment"PEOPLE LIKE TO DRIVE OFF WITH OUR FOOD"....(⭐This really upset me 💯💯⭐)..⭐⭐ I told her... DON'T PUT ME IN THAT CATEGORY, AND DON'T ASSUME THAT ABOUT ME, AND I WILL PAY YOU WHEN I GET MY FOOD 😡💯😡💯...(She then stormed inside) She sent another lady out with my food but NO drink... She said" that will be 1️⃣2️⃣.7️⃣4️⃣"... I asked" where is my drink?"... She she said "oh it's inside"😡💯😡💯( I was still sitting behind another car in the Drive-Thru) I said" I'm not paying until I get my complete order"...(She had an attitude just like the other lady) Once I saw my complete order , I handed my card to her...💯💯..(AND WITH A VERY SMART ATTITUDE) SHE SAID "HAVE A GOOD NIGHT"... I told her point blank"I'M GOING TO REPORT THIS WHOLE INCIDENT TO YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE AND I'M GOING TO SPEAK TO THE AREA MANAGER"💯💯💯.... She then say"WHATEVER HAVE A GOOD NIGHT"😡💯😡💯... So I pulled off to check my food... (NOT TO MY SURPRISE) My onion rings were burnt, the burger did not look fresh at all 😡💯😡💯... SO I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AND I WILL LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THE WHOLE ORDEAL, AND I'M GOING TO ASK TO SPEAK TO THE AREA MANAGER AS WELL.....(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐NO ONE DESERVES CRAPPY SERVICE, TO ASSUME TO BE A THIEF, AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE CRAPPY FOOD.... THAT THEY PAID FOR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐).... I USED TO COME TO THIS LOCATION ALL THE TIME... 💯💯💯BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS JUST GOT SO HORRIBLE HERE 💯💯💯💯.... AS FAR AS RECOMMENDATIONS GO... Went on my lunch break and waited over 15 minutes for onion rings and a small drink. Then get the onion rings and they are burnt. I will never be back. Unprofessional and trifling

So this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered the strawberry passion fruit refresher from 4801 Ross Ave. I would order extra fruit both strawberry and passion fruit I never got it. I ask for no ice a they put ice all three drinks on different dates were made wrong, you call a complain they play victim. Today it was a route 44 it was just straight water with a dab of strawberry not passion fruit at all a full of ice . I call a this black guy supposedly a manager laughing kept calling me sir after I’ve already identified myself as a woman he’s been extremely disrespectful unprofessional and just disgusting. This location needs every body in the Bible an retrained not to mention twice I’ve ordered the 5 piece chicken strips and I only received 4

Full transparency, I frequently visit this location. I thoroughly enjoy the food and while it’s a fast food chain, I have never experienced challenges with customer service. Since my review may be lengthy, I’m providing a bulleted list of my concerns regarding this location:
1. Insufficient training
2. Underwhelming customer service (simple fix would have been to offer a meal)
3. Improper money procedures
I preface this by saying this may seem petty, but as someone who has worked in hospitality, when the customer is not at fault, I resolve the issue with no inconvenience to the customer.
February 18, 2026, I visited the location for a meal that was $7.46. I paid for the incorrect meal which was $7.45 (see photo). The young lady at the window expressed to me that because I paid for the incorrect meal (the vehicle ahead of me left the line), I’d need to pay for the second and that the order for the first would be cancelled. I offered to pay $.01 since it was a penny less than the meal I ordered.
I waited approximately 20 minutes for the on duty manager to cancel the original payment. I asked the young lady for a copy of the receipt. She explains that she can’t give me a receipt because they need it for their records. So, she says I can take a photo and my money would be returned to my account. I waited for few weeks and no refund. I called the location. The manager says it should be coming within a few days to a week. It’s now April. I visited the location 2x. I eventually spoke to Stephen who said “I’ll give you $7 dollars” but required that I come back to the location during a time he was there. Not once did the mangers or general manager attempt to make this convenient for me given I have now spent more time and gas than the meal was worth. During the last visit, the young lady at the window had an unprofessional tone and said “he told you to come in the morning.” I truly felt undervalued as a customer.
This review is intended to ensure that you stand your ground when an incident similar to this happens. Do not allow this location to swipe your card more than once for a mistake on their end. You will not get a refund and you will be treated as if you’re the problem. They will not demonstrate professionalism and they will not hold themselves accountable.
