  Whoever the manager is that’s there in the mornings is so slow. It’s ridiculous. Orders always wrong, she takes FOREVER to ring you up, makes the food slow… if you know you’re slow have a staff of 4 people in the mornings smh. The afternoon and evening crew with the teenagers move a lot better and smoother than her and that’s truly sad.

  Every…single…time…I order a blast from here they just fill a cup with ice cream and throw the mix ins on top…so of course I’m not going to notice until I get home and get past the top layer…it’s especially frustrating when I pay for EXTRA and they don’t add in any extra…the only reason I go ahead and pay for the extra is because I’m hoping they actually mix it at least but nope…

  Sad how much this place has went down over the Years. Many teenagers working here with NO customer service experience at all. They will get your order wrong and then laugh about it...All I ahd was a drink it it was not made correctly. I ask them to correct it and was met with insolence and confusion. Needless if yiu want someone to play with you money and your food. Then definitely this is the place for you... Hope this helps..
