  Over 40 minutes for food. No orders are really coming out to vehicles. The carhop was helpful, but we were told our food was just *sitting there* in the kitchen and was being reheated. Seriously??

  We've been waiting here for our food for over 40 minutes at this point. Barely any orders were coming out for the first 20 minutes, and they marked the order done on the screen 15 minutes ago and still haven't brought it out

  I had to press the button 4 times before they took my order. I saw people walk away from the front table area because of no service as well. When I finally got my order and opened it after arriving home, it was wrong. Usually, it's pretty good but tonight was not.

  Sitting at store #3512 and made a mobile order at 10:58pm for a single route 44 diet coke. I watched multiple cars go through drive thru and finally decided to push the button. That was also ignored, but after that they brought the drink out to me at 11:13pm. Please, fix this location. If there had been some kind of issue, communication would have been preferred to the silent treatment.
