  Very unprofessional. The lady at the drive thru told me they are only attending to online orders. She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, just pretty much we can help you. Might as well become an online store and don't open to the public if that's the case.

  The cheeseburger definitely hit the spot. The beef was flavorful, the cheese was melted nicely, and the toppings added a good freshness to each bite. I went with fries on the side, and they were hot with just the right amount of salt. The drink was cold and refreshing too. A straightforward meal, but Sonic did a really good job with it.

  Placed a mobile order that was ready at 10:12 p.m. didn’t receive my order until 10:35 PM after I had to pull into another stall to push the red button and workers refused to bring my order out and told me I would have to come through the drive-through after sitting through the long ass line. I received three chicken bites a lump of tater tots and a burger that had to have been sitting out all day. This dam place needs to be shutdown 😡😡😡

  Never have r I been so insulted at the lack of customer service and flat out rude and terrible treatment from an employee ever at a business or otherwise in my LIFE!! The server was rude and told me to choose a different location next time if I thought they were too slow. Literally my online order of two drinks, basic drinks took me 10 minutes to receive. I was the ONLY CAR IN THE LOT!!!!! WHAT IS THE WORLD?!?!?! VOME ON GUYS! YALL HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER. NOT TO MENTION SHE LOOMED A HOT MESS TO BE SERVING FOOD! UGH. NEVER WILL I GO BACK!

  Order a slush at the window due to the cashier (Eiyanah) did not take my order at the speaker so I order at the window. I asked her what sizes they had she did not respond so I told her give me a large. When she gave it to me I said thank you and she just walked off. I told her I need my receipt in which she throw in the trash and my change her response was it’s only a couple of pennies. I DONT CARE IF ITS ONE CENT it’s my money. Mean while she doing all this four customers have drove off.. You don’t want to be at work stay home.
