  “Very slow service and poor customer interaction. The staff was not professional and the overall experience was frustrating if you ready to wait for forever for you order this is the best location to waste your time this is me first time and will be the last time

  Friday, July 3, '26 approx. 9:17 pm, I go to this Sonic location w/2 friends. We were craving hotdogs. The menu didnt display any $2.50 special July 4th items so I hit the speaker button to ask what they were. When answered she told us to go to the drive thru. No big deal, we could do that. My friend then asked what items were $2 50 so we were ready to order. Instead of answering his simple question she said "Go to the drive-thru window" My friend thought she didn't hear the question. So he asked her again, very politely, btw. She repeated the same words. He tried 1 more time because it is the principal now! She repeated the same sentence again, in a very rude tone each time. My friend was now pissed. He yelled at her & said "why won't you tell us?" to which she repeated her mantra. Bottom line, it was stunningly rude and lazy!!!! And shocking! The effort it took for her to repeat the words 3 times instead of answering the question made it seem very purposefully done. Never in my born days do I remember being treated so rudely not even during fauxvid when service tanked everywhere. So unnecessary and lazy. They were not busy at all. There was only 2 cars there besides ours. Of course we left.

  They are the worst sonic ever !!! I get your busy but not acknowledging someone at the drive thru and saying hello hello amd silence its very frustrating especially when you have 30 min lunch !!! I know i can order ahead thats was not a good experience either they forgot my sauce my chicken sandwich they gave me a burger instead!! Overall hire a different staff all together!!! Of and this the only sonic that doesn't come to your car lol Like what only drive through!! Like sonic step it up seriously!!!

  This is probably one of the worse sonics that I’ve been to! The service is horrible, and it’s very apparent that know ones knows what’s going on. I paid for my food and waited 20 minutes, I pressed the button multiple times and nothing. I even tried to get one of the employees attention, but they were tunnel vision! I ended up leaving, but this seems to be a reacquiring issue at this locations based on the previous reviews. Do better!

  I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this location. My first occurred on May 31st. I stopped by to order a Route 44 Diet Coke and waited for an hour without receiving anything. Despite the simplicity of the order, no update or service was provided, and I eventually left. My second experience was on June 17th. The posted hours indicated the location was open until 2:00 AM, but when I arrived, I was told that all stalls and the drive‑thru were closed. If the operating hours have changed, they need to be updated to reflect accurate information. Based on these repeated issues, this has been one of the least reliable Sonic locations I’ve visited.
