  Takes 25 minutes to even place my order. Pressed button at least 15 times. Before they answered as it took so long it kept asking me to tap screen again and again. Guy who took out food was nice. Hope you have an hour to spend at a fast food place

  I placed an order on the app thinking it would be easier. I was told come through the drive through for pickup cool if there wasn’t 5 other cars in front of me. I ordered 3 combos with 3 slushies. They walk to my car with none of the fries and only one slushie. I tell them I’m missing 2 slushies and all 3 fries. They then ask for my receipt. I tell them I don’t have it but pulled up my order on my app. They tell me they don’t have my slushie flavor so I ordered another they brought me one slush and the other as a drink form not slushie (cherry limeade slush) my grape slush didn’t have nerds like a paid for and ask but was told they were on the bottom. And instead of 3 fries I was given tots instead. I waited over 20mins in line I just left with what was given to me. This location always messes up my order. I won’t be back here.

  Came in from the airport late at night. We wanted to grab a quick sweet tea and a water. Ordered on the app. When we pulled up to the speaker, we were told to pull around to the window. There was one car in front of us and the person in the window was just leaned out talking to them. There was another gentleman that appeared to be the manager (he was in a different shirt) just talking as well. We were there for about 15-20 minutes waiting. Nobody came to talk to us, brought us our drinks or even acknowledged that we existed. We were right by the window, so it is difficult to not notice. We ended up leaving after paying because the wait was so long. Terrible service and zero sense or urgency or remorse when we told them we were leaving. Would NOT recommend wasting your time here.

  Idk what's the deal with this location. The customer service is good for the most part. Don't know if they're short staffed in the evening or what. But mostly every time I place my online order for pick up and go into the the pick up stalls for mobile orders, they send an employee out saying they're not taking orders at the stalls and they're only doing drive thru orders. What's the point of placing the order ahead of time if I still have to go through the drive thru with 8 cars in front of me. It's only 730. It ain't even late or close to their closing time.

  Took a long time 30 mins for my order and I get you guys have a “if it’s not on the order then no sauce.” rule but there’s no way to add sauce online for the corn dogs so I felt it was kinda rude to take so long for my order and no sauce. I’ve managed for four sonic locations as a manager even this store so please. :) Food was fresh and hot tho! Thanks to everyone on shift working.
