    I come here weekly after my therapy sessions as a little treat. I order on the app and the food comes out immediately. Every time, the gentleman apologizes for the wait but I've never had to wait.

    Started off pulling into a bay. When a lady finally came over the speaker she said she couldn't hear me, no big deal. I lean out of my window and speak louder and ask can you hear me now? She abruptly says No! You need to come through the drive through. I almost left based on how rude her tone was then, but I had been up and going since 5am and just want a snack to hold me over until dinner. I get to the drive through, not only did her attitude not change she told me to hold on while she proceeds to complain about a spider. I again almost pull off but think, no, it will be an hour before you get home and can finally eat. I make it to the window and when she hangs the payment machine out the window I let her know my card is swipe only it doesn't have a chip at all. She rudely asks me to give my card to her so she can swipe it. My arm had been outstretched with my card in hand the entire time. She proceeds to close the window to swipe my card and is saying something that I can't fully hear through the closed window. Still unbothered, as people can have bad days. Just want my drinks and food and to be on my way. She gives my card back and walks away. I get an automated alert for the charge and the total doesn't match. When she comes back I ask if it's possible for me to get a copy of my credit card receipt. She didn't provide me one and I want to confirm the total, maybe I heard wrong. She proceeds to get the shift lead and bring him to the window. My best summation is that she told him I was accusing her of stealing, which I hadn't, I simply asked for a copy of my receipt. This turns into them yelling at me, calling me a liar, saying they can't add anything to my payment, saying I accused them of stealing. Tried to make me leave without my food. It wasn't until I asked them to look in my car for my food that they never gave me did the shift lead calm down and start talking to me as someone in his position should have with an unbiased approach. And after I asked for the corporate phone number, to which I was told they are independently owned and when I can come speak to the General Manager, which I will be doing. This is not about whether there was a tip I didn't authorize added to my check or not, it is about how I was spoken to, yelled at, dismissed and told I was rude and lying. It is that it is illegal to add a tip without authorization, and that we chose to handle a money discrepancy in such an awful manner. Beware if going to this location because that is atrocious behavior. I personally will never give this location any more of my business.

    The last 4 times I have come here, they are completely unresponsive at both the drive in window and drive up and order windows. Absolute joke and really a bummer

    Drove in here, waited 30 minutes, nobody came to take our order. We could have gone to a grocery store, picked up the ingredients, drove home, made the drinks, traveled to Japan, and came back and the call to order button would still be blinking! :(
