  The management at this location failed to provide one simple order. My drink order was not made correctly. The only thing I could taste was water down flavor ice water with no flavor. I spoke to the manager if they can remake it, fix it, change it; anything!!! But the manager refused to help me. Now I’m stuck with a drink that has no taste. Lost money at this location because they didn’t want to refund my order. The manager here was no help at all. But the team members were great. Besides the management at this location. I should have just went to Starbucks. If they mess up any order. It’s a no problem to fix it.

  My 2nd time going here and extremely disappointed. Ordered food and specialty drinks. The coconut cream slush tasted like alka seltzer and the strawberry lemonade tasted like bitter iced water. The sonic smash wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese 😫. It's very unlikely that we will go back for lunch. Breakfast in the A.M. is amazing! Hot, fresh and made to order!

  I put in an order on the app and checked in, gave the correct stall number etc….still waiting 20 minutes later. I pressed the red button to check in it and no one ever answered.

  The first time I came here I ordered chicken bites with chili cheese on them and it was grate the 2nd time I came they said they don't do that. But if that was the case, why did they serve it to me? The first time i feel like they're lazy. They just don't want to take the time to do it. Worst customer service ever i told them they could charge me extra i genuinely hate people that are just too lazy to do something. I do not recommend this sonic.
