  read the recent reviews. they're all correct. i ordered through the app and wanted a drink that isn't listed on the app. i push the red button (a couple times) to place the order after the 3rd/4th time pressing the red button to ask for a drink, I'm told "give me a second"... before i even place my order. so now, dude brings out the first order. i watch em walk back, then i press the red button (again) to get the drink i wanted in the first place. after being told the total for a large when i asked for a small, at this point I'm just ready to get the drink and go. here's the kicker: i typed ALL this out while waiting for the drink. not before i ordered. i put the drink order in, typed ALL this, for the same guy to come out here twice when it could've been one trip. just go to a different Sonic, not this one.

  I ordered on the app and one thing I ordered was discontinued. I had no idea until we got there. I know that's not the stores issue but sonic, do a better job and keeping your app updated. At least the lady was nice enough to ask me if there was something else I would like and made sure I was taken care of. Great job on the car hops part.

  If you would like to wait 30 minutes or more, this is the Sonic for you. Understaffed, systems failed, and skip the app - my recommendation is to go two doors down for a chic fil a milkshake (and don’t even try ordering in app because you cannot cancel or refund and you’ll get stuck sitting there for 30 minutes or more waiting for a milkshake).

  No one answered when we pushed the button. Went to the drive thru is NO ONE was answering again. Finally after honking and asking HELLO they finally answered and said we couldn’t order… they said mobile only. Going to report this location. This is 12:30 pm on a Sunday. Several cars drove away. They lost a ton of business.

  Every time I come here around 10 pm, as of April and may, there's always an issue to prevent staff from completing service They're not taking any ice cream or shake related orders, they're only taking mobile orders, we have no special items available, the slush machine is down, This has happened every single time when I've gotten off of work, You asked for a name nobody wants to give it or name tax come off quickly 💀
