    Absolute worst sonic ever. They had 1 poor car hop SPRINTING back and forth with no help. We waited 45 minutes and they brought the food out missing half and she informed us the manager bagged the food. They then brought us the “correct” food and it was still missing items, clearly the manager couldn’t bag food at all when they should be the most competent at an establishment. No refund given either. Do everyone a favor and close this location.

    Apperantly this location chooses when they will take orders. I drove to pick up 2 bags of ice and when I got to the speaker he tells me they are only doing mobile orders. I requested more information and was ignored. I HAD TO GO TO THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW AND ASK WHAT IS GOING ON AND HE KEEPS SAYING THE SAME THING WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING MOBILE ORDERS. I tried ordering my bags of ice and there is not an option. I stopped in the stall and hit the red button and he repeated the same thing only taking mobile orders. I asked him how do I order bags of ice when there is no option on the app. He finally took my order and now have been waiting for 2 bags of ice for 20 minutes. Its fine if you are having issues with staffing or technology. Whats not okay is being rude and changing the method of ordering without properly displaying this location is mobile orders only. (Also phine number online is not allowing calls at this time)

    I don’t know if this Sonic got new management or what - but the past few times I’ve been there recently, all the delivery staff have been SO sweet, friendly, and polite! It did not used to be that way months ago. Great job to whoever has been doing the hiring lately, you’ve got some good kiddos on your staff!

    I recently had another disappointing experience at this restaurant's drive-thru and car-hop service. I placed an order for a meal and an unsweet tea. When I arrived at the window to pay, the employee asked if I had ordered a cherry limeade, which was not part of my order. I then repeated my order and was told they did not have any unsweet tea available. This should have been communicated when I initially placed my order, not after I arrived at the payment window. If the restaurant had simply run out and needed to brew more, that should have been explained. Being told they were completely out of a common beverage during a peak service time reflects poor planning and management. Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I've experienced at this location. Another recurring problem is with the car-hop service. When orders are delivered, employees often do not bring basic items such as napkins, straws, or sweeteners. Customers must request them separately, which requires the employee to return inside. During this visit, I requested additional items, and after more than 10 minutes, no one returned. These may seem like small details, but they significantly impact the customer experience. Better communication, preparation, and attention to customer needs would go a long way toward improving service. If these issues continue, I will have a difficult time returning to this location.

    This is the slowest Sonic I think I’ve ever been to. It is normal to wait 20-30 minutes to pick up an order I placed ahead of time in the app.
