  I went there for a drink and waited over 5 minutes to get it. There were three employees inside standing around waiting for one person to do all of the car-hop delivery duties.

  Sonic is fast food so a more than 30 minute wait feels insane especially when it does get to you and it’s cold. We also only ordered tater tots and cheddar peppers and two drinks. The woman who brought it out was nice enough so it leads me to assume they are severely understaffed. Don’t go here in a rush or expect warm food.

  I have no clue who was the cook tonight on 7/24/2026 at 12:00pm but that man was slamming that food and it was bomb ! They seemed short staff and me and my husband were dreading going up here but we had been DoorDashing all night and didn’t want to cook. We ordered 30$ worth of food because we have 2 kids and thought it would be forever! No we were there 8 minutes tops the food was hot and when I say it was so good he put sonic back on the map for us ! Someone please tell me his schedule cause we will be back when he’s working!

  The app doesn't update when they are out of ingredients.... I ordered 4 drinks, and once I got there, they told me they were out of one of the ingredients needed for one of the drinks. They offered me an item that was not equal in price, and I declined. I told them I just wanted a refund. I was told they would have to refund my order and ring me up again. I asked if the price of the items would be the same. They said yes....They refunded my order and rung up the other items I originally purchased, minus the drink missing an ingredient. The new total was higher than the original total. They explained that the prices/promos in the app are basically not honored in person. I'm confused because I literally asked about the price remaining the same beforehand. The employee said she didnt know I had promos on my order.... Long story long, I ended up paying the same price for 3 drinks that I would have for 4 drinks (after they gave me a 'discount'; lucky me), and I haven't been back since. I felt like i was in the twilight zone explaining how this wasn't logical... there is no reason someone pays for somethifn they never received...I now know Sonic is a franchise so I take my money to a different location.
