    Yall need to learn your deals, advertising 1.99 cold brew coffees until 11am but charging 9$ ?? DO YOUR JOB & KNOW WHAT YOURE OFFERING. then argued and told me no, but posting 1.99 on Facebook… they didn’t even ask a manager just said no only soft drinks.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. This location seems to have no understanding of customer service or genuine concern for its customers. I ordered two RT drinks—a Cherry Limeade and a Cranberry Limeade—and requested three small cups. I was completely willing to pay for the cups, but I was told they could not be added to the order. Rather than offering any solution, the employee simply refused to provide them. The issue wasn't my unwillingness to pay; it was apparently an inconvenience for the staff. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. When I got home, both drinks were terrible. They tasted nothing like the Sonic drinks I am accustomed to receiving and were essentially sparkling water with very little flavor. I called the store and spoke with a manager, who admitted that other customers had complained about the same issue and stated that Sonic had changed its formula. If multiple customers had already raised concerns, it is troubling that the store continued serving these drinks without addressing the problem or warning customers. I offered to send photos of the drinks, but the manager informed me that the only way to receive a refund was to drive back to the store with the drinks in hand. So despite already being aware of the issue, the solution offered was to further inconvenience the customer rather than take accountability for a known problem. This experience reflects poor customer service, poor management, and a lack of concern for product quality. It's disappointing to see a business knowingly continue providing a subpar product while making customers jump through hoops to resolve the issue. I will not be returning to this location.

    I was this pleased with my milkshake that I older tonight. When I drank my milkshake, you can obviously tell that the ice cream was spoiled. when I brought this up to the workers at the store. they told me that it was nothing that they could do about it.when I asked for a refund cause there was nothing they could do about it, they said no because it wasn’t therefore that I didn’t like they’re spoiled milkshake.So I am emailing y’all to let y’all know that our night workers and the West Illinois area. Are not doing their job and they are giving your customers spoiled milkshakes.

    There isnt a negative 10to give. These workers have ugly attitudes when they answer the phone.no manners and wont even give names . Very rude
