I purchased two meals and a medium size cheddar peppers. When I got home I noticed my food was cold and they didn't put condiments in my bad. Not even a napkin after spending over $30 on cold food. I called the restaurant and spoke to a training manager named Chelsea about my experience and she seemed not to care, she giggled and she passed the phone to another person. I told the guy on the phone I needed to speak to a real manager not no training manager who seemed not to care about Sonics customers. Then the guy passed me to Anna who claims to be a manager. I informed her of my experience and not getting any condiments and she seemed to be bothered by my experience. Like what's the purpose on ordering cheddar peppers if I can't get ranch dressing with my order or ketchup for my fries. This defects the purpose if we can't get any condiments with our expensive as meals. Going back and reading their reviews I won't be going back to this Sonic anymore. We'll see how long this location stays open until they lose enough customers to have this place shut down. They're rude, unorganized, and they have kids running their restaurant with no knowledge whatsoever. Will be reporting this to the corporate office so they're aware of what's going on at this location. Pathetic kids thinking they have power you, and power over the owner of this restaurant.

I ordered a lot food and, they decided that it was a good idea to put all of my food in one bag. As soon as the guy at the window handed me my food the bag tore, and the food fell all on my seats. I told the guy, and he went and got the manager, and all she could tell me is sorry it's already in your car. This is not the first time I have a bad experience at this sonic. The service really sucks at this sonic.

We only came to get the kids meal. My daughter was very excited to get the Hello Kitty and friends toy. We ordered it for pick up. Come to find out they were out. I just wished they would had told us when we checked in. Or at least have an announcement in the app or screen. My daughter was very disappointed.

Be careful they tried stealing my credit card!!! Armando at the drive thru handed me my drinks and mozzarella sticks and when I asked where my credit card was, he acted like he needed to “find” it. After 10 minutes of him “looking” for it, I pulled up and went inside to review camera footage. Right when I came inside he “found” it. The manager was able to see that he took it out from where he hid it but since he didn’t get any information from my card she would only be talking to him. Nothing further.
