  I’m sick of them gatekeeping marinara! I paid for 3 packets but they insist on giving me two & arguing with me over it as if the owner said , piss the customer off & make sure u don’t give them the one marinara they are asking for! I didn’t go to the location for awhile last time they stiffed me. Guess I gotta go to a different location!

  I ordered two medium shakes. They tasted like cold whipped cream. I love sonic vanilla shake. I don’t know what was wrong with the ice cream last night but it was off. The store was clean & the waiter was nice.

  If i could give 0 stars i would. charged me twice because the first payment “didn’t go through” even though i showed them the transaction they said i had to pay again so i did next day i was notified that i was charged twice again and that both payments went through, called and the guy said he remembered the transaction and that i have to take it up with my bank when i asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager and couldn’t provide any refunds or anything to “take it up” with my bank
