  I came here and got terrible service. I placed an online order and the workers just watched me sit in my car at the stall for 15 minutes and didn’t even bother to let me know it was “drive thru only” until I pressed the red button… mind you it was 8pm… I had waited for so long and there were about 5 workers, all sitting down eating food and drinking milkshakes and ON FACETIME ON TABLETS in the KITCHEN AND COOKING area!!! This place is so dirty. The employees are extremely rude. I asked for a refund after seeing how disgusting this place was, and they had the audacity to ask me WHY do you want a refund? Why does that even matter? This is the filthiest sonic I have ever been to. The manager and the drive thru girl “helping” the line were making rude comments about me to each other. I would give 0/5 stars… but they already deleted one of my reviews… crazy work!

  I had a drink and it was not good but, I came back later and they fixed it with a smile. I recommend this location for their fantastic Customer Service!

  DO NOT EAT HERE. Employees take shortcuts and halfass their jobs. VERY DIRTY! They claim to close at 1. HS Employees? count their drawers early and refuse to serve anything but online orders after 12. Not just a one time thing. This has happened 3 different times! Terrible customer service. GM & Management needs to crack down on this or needs to be removed from position. Off chance he/she doesn’t know they do this. Unacceptable. If you don’t want to work the don’t work there. I was just taught to never halfass a task or job.
