  I ordered online for pick up at this Sonic. First of all I pushed the button multiple times several minutes between each one. The order was prepared and ready at 1:18 and I didn’t receive it until 1:45 First they bring out my order incomplete by half! Once received finally, the food was so sub par, that was just the beginning the tater tots had a hard not crispy outside and they had a rancid taste. I have ordered foot long coneys for years but these were just not good, my husbands onion rings were extremely hard! I thought about taking it all back but I decided better yet, I’m just not going back to this location again. Just such a blunder mess! Do not recommend and I won’t go back!

  The manager is great! I spoke with her about some concerns i had about my food and she addressed everything very nice and respectful. That's rare. I dont come here that often but I'll make sure to stop by more often.

  Only things I get are the onion rings and cups of ice! Every now and then some tea.

  Whoever took over the Sonic on Clark Road at the edge of Dallas and Duncanville is phenomenal. He or she has hired good kids and adults to run the Sonic. Even though it is really close to our house, we used to avoid it because it was so slow.Now, they get it out fast. They have sweet teenagers running it out to your car. The person on the speaker where you order is fun and feisty and I love her. My order is always right. I have enjoyed over tipping the sweet kids that come to work with a smile and truly make it an enjoyable experience. Kudos to the person in charge. You’ve made it a wonderful place to visit.
