  Two drinks took like 20+ minutes and were marked as delivered by their system several minutes before they actually got given to me. Then, when they come out to give them to me, they only then tell me they don't have the sparkling refresher flavor I want. When I ask for a different flavor they take the cream slush back inside instead of giving it to me while I wait and then return with a non-sparkling refresher with the cream slush. They left the cream slush with me finally and then replaced the refresher with a sparkling refresher but then it was mostly syrup and very little sparkling water. I am not coming back here.

  You know , there's only so many opportunities you give an establishment to make things right the next time you show up. At this point idk if the lady taking the orders around 7-8am is the problem or has a personal problem. I often stop for iced coffee and it's to the point I have to ask " do you have iced coffee today?" I get a few other items sometimes so it's not just the iced coffee but it's almost always a NO. TODAY SHE PAUSED AND THEN HESITANTLY SAID " NO MA'M" The previous time this week , the milk or whatever the add In the iced coffee was sour. If they'd have it I would buy several times a week but more than that , at this point it's the drive-thru lady taking the orders attitude that will have me visiting other vendors instead .

  I absolutely despise this Sonic and against my better judgment, I try and give them a second chance, and they fail me every time! I ordered the incorrect item and asked to pay the difference for the correct item. I was told they cannot help me, the price of the drink was the same amount! I asked to speak to the Manager, do you know she wouldn't even come out? Terrible customer service!!!! I absolutely hate this location and will NOT be back!!!!!!

  This is the worst cervice you can find in a Sonic game. It arrives at 10:45 pm before they closed the place, this person who asked his name and told me his name was nomic told me to give him a minute because there were two cars ahead of me. I waited and they left me on the line. When asked why they left me waiting 20 minutes until they closed, they just told me it was already closed! Besides, they take too long to deliver your order; it's very unfortunate. I hope they can improve their staff

  Used to go to this one regularly but my last three visits have been horrible. I had my order taken by a dismissive worker while trying to just get drinks and them being dismissive prolonged the process. The last two times after that the drinks were watered down and when asked to fix this they just gave us more watered down drinks.
