  The customer service was great. The staff were friendly and attentive. Mya was very helpful and courteous. The atmosphere was cool, literally but we're in Texas in the summer, everywhere you go the ACs will be pumping. The fountain drinks were flat and needed to be changed out. The juices they offer were different. They had spices like cardamom and turmeric in them, and they use cane sugar in them. The smash fries were tasty...not your regular salted fries. They're tossed in olive oil, rosemary and garlic. Now on to the burgers...they were tasty but dry. It could be because we didnt eat them right away. So they wasnt as fresh. We got there at 9pm and to dine in you should be there before that because they close at 10pm. So we took our order to go and had to eat them at home, which was a 25 min drive away. My husband ordered Tots and got fries instead, he wasn't too happy about that. The food was sealed in the bag so we didnt check before. Overall, the food was decent and nothing to brag about.

  Pedimos el combo clásico a 18 dólares la Double Burger con tomate, cebolla, lechugas y la salsa especial, papas y gaseosa Tardaron 25 minutos en servirla y sinceramente no valió la espera. La hamburguesa es contundente pero un poco gruesa para ser smash y seca por más de tener salsa especial y el jugo del tomate. Las papas simples de paquete. No volvería.

  When I tell you when I tell you… the food was a easy 10/10 never had their food before but always heard great things about it, so we decided to try it and when I TELL YOU the food was filled with nothing but freshness and perfection this place has become my favorite burger spot!!?!! Nothing could ever top this, now I believe in love at first bite swear, sorry for swearing but swear it was tooooo yummy for my tummy😋🙏🏼 @smashburger I love you P.S the service!!?! They were so sweet and they’re the cherry that topped it I feel like I loved this experience because the food was so delicious but the workers made this experience 11/10 thank you ❤️‍🩹 location was in downtown Dallas :)

  We ordered 3 burgers with sweet potato fries, but the fries never came. When we went to get a refund, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. We also waited about 40 minutes for our food. It seemed like all of the to-go orders were being prioritized. I understand takeout orders are important, but we were dining in and had already been waiting, so our burgers were getting cold by the time we received them. Overall, the service was disappointing and the lack of communication made the experience frustrating.

  From our time walking in to our time walking out, nothing but the BEST service was provided! The lady working the register gave us ELITE recommendations and made sure we were happy with our experience the whole time we were in! The food was fantastic, and we had a very pleasant time - Smashburger has some fantastic qualities other burger places do not, Shake Shack lost a customer today!
