  Esperan que lleguen los driver y clientes para empezar a preparar las órdenes. Pésimo servicio demasiada demora y pérdida de tiempo además las comidas son manipuladas por el vigilante

  Sat 5/16/26. Just had Smashburger (McKinneyAve.). Today's staff was so helpful and the Deluxe Chicken sandwich with waffle sweet potato fries (btw - Thank You for smashing those for me!) were delicious!! Great Customer service can be tricky to come by these days at different businesses but they just did a great job here at Smashburger.

  Food is always a 10/10, but the service was nothing short of rubbish. The cashier clearly hates her job and the manager obviously has never managed a day in his life. My parties burgers took 20 minutes to come out and the fries took 50 minutes after getting my order wrong for the 3rd time. Workers on their phones paying customers no mind, chefs in the back window doing everything but cooking, and management picking his teeth before handling food and taking smoke breaks out front when food orders need correcting. This location needs to clear the house of its employment and start over ASAP. Uber Eats it if you can cuz the food is definitely worth a try.🤗❤️

  Big Dee was our server and did an amazing job! He helped us navigate the menu and provided excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. This was our first time visiting, and thanks to the great experience, we will definitely be coming back!

  Mobile ordered at 8:16pm, arrived at 8:35, since the app said it was ready at 8:31. I get there and am told they were waiting on fries. Don’t get my order until 8:41. The employee set down my bag in front of me then turned around and walked away, not saying anything. All the food, including the fries I was waiting on, were cold. Hoping to come again next time in the day time for a better experience as this was really surprising and upsetting for an Uptown location with a 4.2 star rating.
