My friend Josh and I met for a late lunch after I introduced him to the Landry's Select Club, and everything about our visit was wonderful. Brian was our waiter, and he was outstanding. His timing was perfect, he was friendly, attentive, and always seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even had to ask. The food came out at the right time, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I also want to give a special thank you to Catherine Jacobs, the general manager. She came by to welcome us as Landry's Select Club members, and I mentioned I had been having trouble reaching the Landry's office to update my account information. Without hesitation, Catherine said, "I'll take care of it," and she did! She found a solution that worked perfectly and made the whole process easy. Catherine is exactly the kind of leader every restaurant hopes to have. She is kind, professional, attentive, and truly cares about her guests. You can tell she leads by example, and it shows throughout the restaurant. Thank you, Brian, Catherine, and the entire Saltgrass team for another fantastic experience. Great food, amazing service, and wonderful hospitality. I will definitely be back! 😊🥩✨👏
