  we were one minute late past the reservation grace period for our reservation and they would not let us in no matter what. said the kitchen closes at 9 PM even our reservation was at 9 PM. Which also makes no sense that means we wouldn’t have been able to eat? But they can sit ppl down the minute The kitchen closes? it was a group of 11 girls that were probably going to spend close to $2000 That they shoved away. Customer service was not good. They offered no explanation. Do not bring your business here. There’s 1 million other restaurants in Dallas that are hundred times better than this not only the food but the customer service. take your business to anchor bar or even nobu.

  This rooftop restaurant was actually really nice. It sits on top of RH, on the third floor, so it's a little hidden but totally worth a visit in my honest opinion. It has such a clear view over the neighborhood, surrounding area, and the clear skies - perfect for a dinner overlooking the sunset! There was a lot of open seating when I went but I'm sure it gets much more packed on the weekends and during busy holidays. There's also an outdoors deck that seemed to be closed during the evening that I went, but I'd love to check it out the next time I come back! The food was actually pretty good in my opinion - keeping in mind there definitely is a bit of a premium that reflects the feel of the area but also how fancy seeming the restaurant is. The Délice de Bourgourne Board has this amazing strawberry preserve that honestly is so so good, and pairs amazingly well with the (délice de bourgourne) cheese and the warm toasted baguette that was crispy, fluffy, firm, and just overall perfectly textured. It's such a simple starter, but I could live off the bread, cheese, and preserve combo if that's all I ate for the rest of my life. The Lobster Roll was on a butter toasted brioche roll and it was pretty good, but nothing amazing. Funny enough I felt like the lobster was really good by itself but when in the roll, it felt like the textures clashed too much for it to really shine. Not bad, worth trying though. The Roasted Chicken Sandwich was interesting. It really felt like a steamed chicken thigh slapped between two buns. It didn't feel like the dish had any intent to actually taste good, and felt instead more like something they just put on the menu to fill space. Overall, pretty decent food! I had fun and enjoyed the vibrant interior decor and space - plus the charcuterie board was a strong highlight!

  This place has an insane atmosphere. It’s cozy, elegant, and the outdoor area created a nice balance. The food was phenomenal, we ordered the grilled shrimp and oysters as appetizers and both were so tasty and fresh. For the main course, we had the steak frites and the chicken salad, perfectly cooked and balanced plate. The broccolini was lightly seasoned and also cooked perfectly. Lastly, the banana split was incredibly delicious, definitely recommend trying this place for a special night!

  This place is absolutely gorgeous, and overall, the food was great—aside from my bacon arriving cold. Unfortunately, after I asked for fresh, warm bacon, the service seemed to shift. Our server only came by one other time, and it was simply to say there was “no rush” on the check, without asking if we needed anything else. If I’m paying $30 for eggs and bacon, I expect the food to arrive hot and prepared properly. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but the follow-up service left us a bit unimpressed. Another disappointment was that valet parking was not complimentary….Even restaurants with significantly lower prices often offer complimentary valet, so I was surprised that it was an additional charge here. The valet experience, itself was also so cringe & just awkward. The valet fee was $10, and I handed him $20. He asked if I wanted change, and when I said yes, he asked how much. I explained that I wanted my full change and would decide what to tip based on the change he provided. (I planned to give him $5, which I felt was a very generous 50% tip.) He handed me back a $10 dollar bill, like he expected his tip to be $10….weird!! The interaction just felt unnecessary and left a less-than-great impression that RH would outsource that type of Valet service. Overall, the restaurant itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but for the price point, I expected the food, service, and overall experience to be a bit more polished.

  Atmosphere was overall great , my partner an I sat in between 2 other couples. After we sat down we waited around 15 minutes to be attended , our waiter finally came and helped us with our waters and got our drinks , as we waited for our food I finished my water and drink , not once did he try to politely ask if I wanted a refill (which I did ) or if I wanted another drink , but he was attending the 2 other couples aprons us back to back , after we got out food from someone else besides our waiter , he came and asked if we needed anything else and we told him what we needed , he eventually got our items that we wished for , but after we finished our food we waited around 20 minutes to see him again since the time he got us our water previously , we wanted dessert but he respectfully took way to long to even come up to talk to us so we decided it was best to leave because I got frustrated knowing that he was attending people around us and not my partner and I
