  My Bestie and I were doing a Sunday afternoon errand near Preston and Royal. She is diabetic and indicated food was an urgent need. I mentioned Princi, she was all in. Problem was we were dressed hard core Frump-a-dump! I mean pretty bad. Im 68 years young but Mom is still alive and she not have allowed it! We walk in, apologize for our appearance. The hostess was precious. My freind and I split the Italian soup and a salad. The waiter couldn’t have been more attentive. We did get “the look” from a few other diners, but we were happy! Then my freind went cray cray! Again - she’s diabetic. She ordered the Affogato Float! Good Lord! I’ll see if I can remember the ingredients… Chocolate sauce, gelato with crumbled amaretto biscotti crumbled on top, espresso! And maybe whipped cream and more chocolate in a martini glass! Gorgeous. And if we were in our 40’s or 50’s ok. Notsomuch in our mid 60’s with all sorts of food issues! I won’t share the intimate details of her experience once she made it home - I can add she didn’t sleep til after 3am… We love Princi tho!

  I put in an online order to be ready at 3:30. It is now 3:50 and I still have not received my order. No one has offered me a drink or anything as I sit and wait and it is basically empty in here. Really bad customer service. Do not recommend.

  We loved our experience at Princi Italia! The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and everything offered great value. The atmosphere was inviting, and we will definitely be coming back!
