  First off I can assure anyone here that this is NOT Chicago style pizza like one review said. I am from Chicago and we do not have pizza like this. Chicago is tavern style and box cut or deep dish. This is not deep dish . This is pan pizza which is Detroit style. Also Chicago does not cut sausage like they do here and put slices on the pizza. The pizza was good. The pan style is not NY pizza but the thin slices were. I thought it was good but I being from Chicago, I have had way better. That being said for Dallas it’s good. Negatives for here to have only outdoor seating in Dallas is a joke. You need indoor seating please. I was not a fan of the sausage. Staff could have been nicer and not so aloof.

  Been here a few times and while I don’t expect it to be as good as the NY location, this one has been very hit or miss - especially late at night. Last night the pizza was tough and stale, like it had been sitting out all day. Service usually isn’t an issue, but the girl working the register Tuesday night was unnecessarily rude and this did affect our experience. She repeatedly argued that we ordered a different flavor, even after we tried to clarify. We were fine accepting the mix-up, but she kept going and eventually corrected herself while making it seem like it was our fault.. No apology or even acknowledgment that our payment went through (happened to multiple people in our group even tho everyone was extra polite).. this girl just turned her back, threw our slices in the oven, and walked away. Not sure what all the attitude was for, but hopefully this didn’t keep happening to others after us..

  Absolutely amazing experience at Prince Street Pizza in Dallas\! Andy, Rob, and Necii provided outstanding customer service from start to finish\. They were friendly, attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of\. It’s rare to come across a team that genuinely cares about making customers feel appreciated\. Huge shoutout to Andy, Rob, and Necii for going above and beyond\. Great food, great atmosphere, and **even better customer service\!** I’ll definitely be coming back\. Highly recommend Prince Street Pizza\! 🍕🔥

  I love going to Prince St every week, but this one time I came, a couple of people cut in front of us and my little sister tried telling the worker at the door. Instead of the worker trying to compromise, he started to yell and call my little sister names which was very rude and unnecessary because she was trying to explain what happened. I really enjoy eating here but I never want to experience this again because the worker was being extremely disrespectful to my little sister and there were multiple witnesses as well. Coming from the food industry, this was very unprofessional as I feel like Prince St should have A+ customer service to match their food. Customers behind were trying to explain the situation to the worker and it almost started to escalate into an altercation. I feel like the worker should have de-escalated the situation instead of escalating and threatening customers. I’m extremely frustrated because as a grown man with a family, he shouldn’t be yelling and cursing at my little sister but reciprocating the same level of respect.

  I came here Saturday night and there was a guy keeping track of the line. I came around 2:38 pm and they were beginning to cut off the line since they close at 3, which I completely understand. The line cut off right in front of me, however there was a couple of people who cut in front of me. I tried to explain to the “security ” that we were cut in line. I explained in a respectful tone and then he started cursing at me explaining he got a family to feed, and continuing to scream and yell at me. He continued to curse calling me inappropriate words as I tried to walk away. I was just trying to explain in a respectful tone that I was cut in line by the group of people in front of me. This unnecessary aggression has negatively affected my experience here. Customers behind me tried to explain the situation and the “security” or the guy checking the line continued to yell and slam the door at everyone. I understand that you guys are about to close but the way and tone that the employees handle things are not okay. I hope this gets fixed.
