First time here and this review alone is for Kee’s amazing suggestions, customer service, and overall great personality. She was a model representative of what customer service is which is so rare and I haven’t even tasted the food yet! I would give 10 stars if I could. Such a sweet person and very informative for first timers and even seasoned (no pun intended lol) customers. Such a pleasant experience! Keep being amazing Kee! The great customer service continued with the staff upon receiving my food! So I appreciate it all.

2nd time visiting this location. Honestly was really looking forward to having a burger and Chicago dog today. The person at the register kind of put a bad taste in our mouth. Seemed like she did not want to be there, spoke rudely. When the burger was finally served, the cheese was cold, and not even remotely melted. The Chicago dog was good, no complaints there. I agree with the other reviews, the colony location has been more consistent and has better service.

Lure Ball Bites Stepping into Portillo’s felt like entering a Windy City Gym, where the Chicago-style hot dog runs a full “dragged through the garden” moveset. The twin hot dogs hit with fresh, balanced Attack with its soft poppy seed buns, crisp toppings, and sport peppers adding a flavorful combination, even if a few ingredients tried to escape mid-battle. The onion rings provided solid support damage, seasoned well though missing a bit of that crispy Critical Hit for max damage. The Strawberry Lemon Shake closed with a sweet Special Attack like a Fairy Wind against a Dragonite, just slightly underpowered on the lemon STAB, but still solid damage. With strong fundamentals and a unique regional playstyle, this place earns a solid Badge and is definitely worth a rematch.

2nd time here and I'm not getting it. I like the staff and restaurant decorations. As for the food, we ordered The Italian beef sandwich and fries while my wife ordered hot dog. Seeking more taste to add to the sandwich, I went back to the counter and got some sweet peppers and spicy peppers. (: Overall, everything was served fast and the staff was very helpful and enthusiastic, and the restaurant is decorated well. However this Beef sandwich had zero taste and was dry. The Hot dog was just a hot dog. What am I missing ? Cold ❄️🥶.... The dining room fans are on high and it was cold enough to drive patrons away from the center section of the restaurant. A table training ...bussing note, if the trash can is full, don't stop by other diners. That's not appealing or appetizing! Despite being new and famous, this experience was ....not Good.

If its your first time, do not go here. Go to the one in the colony. This will ruin your experience. The presentation was sad. The taste was sad. We got 4 items and all were horrible. Fries were so salty we didnt even finish them. The cheeseburger tasted like it came right out of a freezer bag and burnt. The beef dog was missing pepper. The phili sandwich was literally flat, squished in the bag and cheese was not even melted. You could see the shed of cheese in the sandwich. So disappointed. Go to the colony for the real true experience!
