  My order on the app was wrong ..i didn't know until the nice black man let me check my order it was supposed to be 3 pepperoni but i was 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni they corrected the order but i had to pay 3 more dollars and some change the manager wasn't very kind at tell me what i should be i. Have been order the same pizza on Tuesday fir the longest since they started..

  Tried to order a pizza two nights in a row. First night I get a call after about 10 minutes saying “we ran out of the thin dough do you want hand tossed or we can make you a large for x dollars more.” Ok make the large. Then it was “we don’t have the large. Someone didn’t prep right so we can make the medium but it will take over an hour to thaw.” Forget it just cancel the order. Tried again the next night. I know dumb of me. The next night the order went through and after 40 minutes I got a text saying your pizza is done and on the way. Fantastic! Fast forward 10 more minutes and here comes the phone call. “We are out of the large thin crust. Do you want hand tossed?” No! I want the pizza I ordered and waited for. Forget it just cancel the order. This place is becoming a joke. If you can’t manage supplies better than this, it’s probably time to close the doors for good.

  I placed an order in February for delivery, I did not get all of my items. Pizza Hut was closed by the time the order was delivered so I called the next day to let them know what happened. The person I spoke to said that I’d get a credit for the missing item that I can use whenever I was ready to use it. Today I go into this location to get the item and was told that I couldn’t get it because the credit would have expired already and I should have used it before now. Alex ( the heavy set white guy ) was extremely rude to me. He asked me to find the order with the item on it so he could look it up but when I found the order he refused to provide the credit. So is it that he just didn’t want to provide that credit or it was expired which one ? His words were very contradicting. While all of this is going on the manager Margarita was standing right there the whole time listening to him be rude to me and never intervened. I actually thought he was the manager at 1st because she wasn’t trying to help. When I then said I’d report him for his unprofessional conduct he refused to give me his name. So they basically stole money from me because still I have not gotten what I paid for. It’s the principle of the matter and people like this should not work at places like this or manage it either. You just can’t find good customer service anymore. These places steal from you and tell you oh well.
