  I did not appreciate the service I got from Ashley. I have eaten here before many times when she was not here and my portions for the chicken and broccoli with extra chicken has always been more. My bowl looked barely full as if the extra chicken had not been added. If I pay an extra three dollars for chicken I should be able to see the difference in the amount of chicken. I'm not trying to get over on anyone. I just want what I paid for. Believe me, it did not look like extra chicken had been added. Ashley was not hearing me. She said it was the right amount. For extra chicken? Really? She said it was the normal. But my plate should not look normal. I paid for extra chicken and it was evident. Ashley however was very willing to hear and make adjustments for the white gentleman sitting behind me. She was on top of it. She went out of her way to correct his order. She corrected it right away. She was was not hearing me at all though. I got cheated out of extra chicken and Ashley didn't care. She paid me no mine. Horrible service with a horrible attitude.

  The food is great always the experience is very pleasant the staff is friendly and the service is fast! Highly recommend.

  Food is old. All they did was refry my tofu to heat it up so it was double fried and taste disgusting and hard and shriveled up. My rice is overcooked and crispy. It was just supposed to be plain white rice not to mention they barely put any white rice in my bowl at all got one meal that was $20 and totally not worth it. Some locations are good others don’t care and this would be one that doesn’t care save your money

  I had a great experience at Pei Wei, thanks to Suzzy. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She made sure my order was correct, checked in to see if I needed anything, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. It’s not often you come across service that stands out this much, but Suzzy definitely made the visit better. The food was fresh and came out quickly, but her customer service is what really made the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!
