I especially appreciated that he packed our to-go food with so much care. You can really tell he takes pride in providing great service. Mario truly made our experience wonderful, and we really appreciated his attention to detail. Excellent service! If you come to this location, you have to ask for Mario!

Starting with fantastic service from the point of entering the front door all the way to leaving back out of the front door - phenomenal experience at a restaurant. Our waiter’s name was Adrian and I would request him again! Phenomenal service! We started with two margaritas. Our waiter recommended me the coco colada margarita and my husband got the house on the rocks. Very good balance in alcohol and fantastic flavor. For the main course, we shared the chicken, steak, and shrimp brochette fajitas - the Pappasito’s Grill. It came with each of us a plate and rice and charro beans with 3 tortillas to start. We got the steak cooked medium rare and when I tell you it was cooked better than at any steakhouse I’ve been to recently - absolutely PERFECT! They poured butter over the top of the skewer when presenting the food for us. The seasoning they use made the shrimp stand out and the chicken was tender and juicy. For dessert, he presented our options and we simply had to stop him after seeing the tres leches with toasted meringue on top. It indeed blew our expectations out of the water. It was creamy, but not too dense - it’s my favorite dessert and this one specifically is my new favorite. Our waiter again made a suggestion for a drink with it - a Carajillo - which was an espresso martini with tequila and my husband said it was such a complementary paring and finished the meal perfectly. We got all of the above for only $93 - which I think is truly a deal. The manager checked on us and we told him Adrian was fantastic, the food was fantastic, and I am a lifelong fan! (I will be requesting to eat here on my birthday!)

The best one in the dfw , I’ve been to them all(literally) and this specific location is the 💩 hands down .

The food took a little longer and Bree, one of the managers, came to let us know and offered something while we waited. When our fajitas came out they were undercooked and the other manager, Top, took care of it and had them cook us each our own serving and brought it out herself and brought use fresh tortillas as well. Mistakes happen, but it was great how they took ownership and made sure our experience was still great. They were super friendly, professional, and warm with such a positive presence.

We walked in and was greeted, sat down and looked over the menu and was eventually greeted by our waitress her name was Bianca. Everything about this place is amazing and the food was absolutely delicious. Some items are a bit pricy but the amount of food you get, and the delicious food is truly worth every penny. Their salsa was extremely good as well. I got the shrimp quesadillas with a side order or rice and beans, my boyfriend got shrimp tacos that were huge and delicious as well. Great service, great experience, and kept us nice and full until we landed back in Florida and we had a late flight back home. Thank you guys for an amazing experience and thank you Bianca for the recommendations and for your excellent service.
