We made reservations for 3pm, when we let them know that we were there, the 4 hosts that were there was doing nothing, passed 15 to 20 mins and I went to them to ask about our table, they were about to ask me to wait more time, I said that's a reason why you make reservations!!! Food is delicious but other than that, all of them as to improve big difference compare to the Richardson location

All the food was excellent, we ordered Family Platter # 1 with adding Diablo Shrimp. The BEST thing about the evening other than food was our excellent service, Laura is a SUPER STAR. She was excellent and anticipated our needs before we even knew. We will ask for her every time from now on! If it’s your first time here or come back- ASK for Laura! She is amazing server and makes the Pappistios experience exceptional!! Thank you Laura for assisting us with dinner tonight! She deserves a a Bonus or raise! ⭐️✨🌟

This make up visit was amazing. Angel and Zack genuinely cared to make up for a prior subpar experience. Sydney took phenomenal care of my family. Honestly, one of the best waitresses I've had at any restaurant. I'll be back for sure.

Made us feel like VIP after we shared we are from CA. We ordered the Family feast no. 3 and the guacamole appetizer. Everything tasted FABULOUS!! Wow!!! This place ROCKS!!!
