  Server was super nice but I ordered a standard margarita and was charged for the premium house margarita. I’m sure that’s what I received which is why they were so good but imagine my surprise when I got the bill and the price was so high!!! I also got the crispy fish tacos and they were very underwhelming. Cold, stiff corn tortillas with a dab of sauce and mushy tilapia. At least do a light fry on the tortillas when corn is requested. The beans and rice are decent.

  Price is what you would expect at an airport. Unfortunately the serving size is criminal here. Smaller than a Taco Bell quesadilla. It was okay but not worth $22 for six quesadlla slices about the width of a finger and finger length. Barely bigger than a Tostitos pizza roll. If the quesadilla was even $10 I’d be disappointed. Really a shame. Avoid this place.

  1 star for the food because I didn’t get to try it. 1 star for service because a random person came up to my husband with no introduction and said the phone was too loud. He had to be asked who he was. Come to find out he was the general manager Sancho Seraine (must be an easy job to obtain if quality customer service is not a requirement). I was trying to meet my husband at the restaurant and was on the phone for no more than 2 minutes (I have record) before he approached my husband saying he’s too loud. When I got there I realized everyone was white and my husband was the only black man (beside the workers). There’s loud music playing and everyone chatting. I’m on the phone for LESS than 4 minutes before he approached him. Disappointed. I’m sure the food was great! Customer service…not so great.

  Very disappointing experience at papasitos. Dint get a chance to enjoy my meal because of how the general manager treated me. If you’re a person of African decent be careful with this place. The manager Sancho is very bias. All the server saw how he approach me and treated me. I will never eat there again.

  We had 20 minutes to spare before boarding and headed to the Pappasito's Cantina To Go window down the concourse, which was perfect for a quick grab & go since our gate was nearby. The guy at the counter was friendly, helpful, and had our burritos made very quickly. He estimated 5-7 minutes but it was really around 2, and they were SO GOOD. The interior was hot, the bacon fresh & crispy, and as a whole, the burrito was of a good size. Will definitely return when in the area.
