    The steak was exceptionally tender, offering a melt-in-your-mouth experience, and the generous portion sizes were sufficient to serve four individuals. The service was consistently outstanding, with every staff member, from the host to the waiter, manager, and all supporting personnel, demonstrating exemplary politeness and customer service. I have no negative feedback to provide, and while the pricing is on the higher end, this is to be anticipated from an upscale dining establishment.

    What a special place. One of the best dining experiences. if not, the best experience, of my lifetime. It’s a beautiful steakhouse; very serene and elegant. Wonderful greeter staff / front-desk and our server Tabitha was extraordinary. I am not a drinker however, my associate is a wine connoisseur and the sommelier Michael was amazing, he was so kind, personable, and thorough. Him, coupled with Tabitha, and all the wonderful food runners made for a phenomenal experience, not to mention the Prime steak and seafood!

    I MUST FOR THE $MY SON SPEND ON THIS TRIP TO YOUR PAPPAS STEAKHOUSE WAS VERY UNSATISFACTORY. OUR SERVER WHICH HAPPEN TO BE THE BARTENDER ALSO DID NOT INTRODUCE HIMSELF. TOOK HIM ABT TEN MINUTES TO COME TO OUR TABLE. I THE MOTHER COFFEE HE DID NOT ASK IF I WANTED SUGAR OR CREAM.MY SON HD TO GET FOR ME, AND I DID NOT GET A SPOON TO STIR MY COFFEE. WE DID NOT HV THE RIGHT SILERWARE. MY SON HD TO WAIT SEVERAL TIMES FOR HIS BEER. HE HD TO KEEP REMINDING HIM.WHEN WE WERE GOING TO TAKE THE FOOD WE HD LEFT OVER, HE JUST PUT MY BREAD IN ABAG AND DID NOT BROTHER TO WRAP, MY BREAD GOT MORE DRY. WE BOTH WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. THE FOOD WAS OK, BUT WE WILL CONTINUE WITH THE OUTBACK RESTAURANT. FOR ATLEAST WE HV NEVER RECEIVED SUCH BAD SERVICE. WE ALSO THE STEAKS ARE BETTER THERE THAN YOUR PLACE.

    I Will NOT RETURN....Terrible Experience Never Again Food food just ok, you're just paying for atmosphere ,disappointed in the service.Very Slow , but we first got here when it opened disorganized, but it was Ok nonetheless NOT worth it, we're sitting at the bar..
