  I stopped by the drive-thru today, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The young lady working the window seemed upset from the beginning. Several times, she closed the drive-thru window before I had a chance to finish speaking. After placing my order, I wanted to ask for a drink and a side of bread, but she closed the window before I could. When I paid and received my card back, I was about to ask for the bread, but again, the window was closed. I waited for my drink, and when she came back, I said, "Wait, I'd like a side of bread, please." She handed me my drink without saying anything, closed the window again, and then came back later with the bread. I always try to be patient and polite, and we thanked her when we received our order, but she simply closed the window without responding. Everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and given the opportunity to finish speaking. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience in the future.

  My first visit to Pappys, and I had the chicken, Texas dirty rice and beans. Only thing edible was the rice! Skin on chicken was extremely rubbery that I couldn't eat it. The Texas beans had a weird smell, didn't eat it. Very disappointed.

  Pappas Bar-B-Q never misses when it comes to the food. The barbecue is consistently delicious. The service is decent; not bad but not memorable. The atmosphere, though, is the weak spot. It's the kind of place that makes you think, "Maybe I should've just gotten this to go." Great food, average experience. 😂😂

  Very disappointed. Already happened 3 times back to back that I call to place another order and a place that sells brisket does not have brisket ready. This is crazy to me. This place is good but come on people, this is ridiculous. If this happens again I will definitely never come back again.

  My family took me here for Father's Day and it was absolutely terrible!!!! The food is over priced and it doesn't taste very good. I had the loaded fries at $14 and it was a complete ripoff!!! The fries were partially cooked with half of them still hard and not cooked properly. A miniscule amount of meat was placed on the dish and it included no sides or drink. For the same price I could have eaten at Chili's & received a full course meal with unlimited refills. Totally disappointed father here and I will not return.
