Our waiter was great! Super nice and bright us drinks without asking. He didn't bother us too much but he checked in on us plenty. Fantastic experience wish we had one in El Paso!

"It is a nice place, but the service was lacking. We were there to honor one of our guests, and, of course, they brought out the wrong order for him. They served the three of us first, and then told him his order was wrong. This left the three of us picking at our food while he watched and waited. We tried not to finish before he got his meal, but it took 15 minutes for his order to finally come out.
I explained to the staff that they had made an error on the one person we were there to honor, but there was no reaction, no concern, and no urgency. An overworked manager finally came over in a rush, said something about a dessert, and then ran away. That was the only urgency we saw during our experience—they didn't even ask about the problem. In the end, we made it work, and it was generally fine. But you expect more from a place like this. There was a better way to handle this, it is a 5 star place, it was their job to know how.

What’s the whole purpose of making a reservation is they don’t have it ready at your arrival? It doesn’t speak well of their service.

We had a Waitress Named Tracy and her service was some of the best we've received ever in life!! We are from California and felt the Southern Hospitality Soon as we stepped in the door and it was truly appreciated. The food was a 10/10 for us across the board, noone had complaints about the food and that's rare. I cannot think of the managers name that gave us a free appetizer because it was my first time visiting the restaurant but I appreciate you as well. If we have enough money, we will be back before we head back home. Quality seafood for a great price! I see why the locals love it so much

We had an amazing first experience at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, and what stood out most was how seriously they took my fiancé’s extreme shrimp allergy. From the moment we mentioned it, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled safely and thoughtfully. We felt completely taken care of the entire night. Our server, Royce, made it especially memorable, attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of every detail to make sure we were comfortable and safe.
The food only made the experience better. The blackened chicken was unbelievable, super juicy while still cooked thoroughly. The fried alligator was easily the star of the appetizers. A big thank you to the managers working that night as well as Royce for such a great first visit. The care, service, and quality did not go unnoticed, and we will definitely be back.
