  Red snapper was delicious, I will say the shrimp was more impressive at papacitos. The calamari was impressive, very tender and fried to perfection. That toast, was very New Orleans.

  Our experience at the NW Highway Pappasito’s was GREAT! Our server, Alisa, was EXCELLENT! She was very knowledgeable about the menu, food, and drinks, and she was very personable. Our dining experience was exceptional. She is truly an asset to your restaurant. Thank you Lynn & Jerry S.

  We visited while on a business trip and were seated quickly upon arrival, which was great. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. I ordered the seafood platter and crème brûlée, and my husband had the crawfish étouffée. Overall, the food tasted good and we enjoyed our experience while dining in. Unfortunately, I did feel sick later that night, though I can’t say for certain what caused it. Even with that experience, the service and overall atmosphere were positive, and I would still consider returning.

  Great selection of food! Very slow service for lunch and the waiter forgot my appetizer. My Entree was no longer hot when I received it however it did have great flavor! I had the Rainbow Trout topped with crab! My broiled oysters came after the meal so real Let down. The waiter comped them but by that time I was already full so left them anyway. The table next to us came in at least 20 minutes after us and had a great waitress and received appetizers and their meal befor us and we had 3 guest and they had 6. Pour wait staff really kills your business and guest experience

  First impressions; entrance patio was clean, nice vibe & atmosphere, easy listening music. We were greeted with a smile, seated immediately. Our server was very pleasant, great personality! We ordered a small bowl of gumbo each as starters. I ordered the seafood platter. The food was delicious! I especially enjoyed the fried shrimp and stuffed crab cakes. I highly recommend the stuffed crab! The plate also came with 2 fried fish filets, fried oysters & french fries. The fish melted in my mouth, very delicate and well seasoned. My husband ordered a separate plate, I believe it was grilled fish, rice & beans. He ate it all! He raved about the red beans , my oysters and the crab cake. We also ordered 2 margaritas, I had a mango, they were mixed well, very refreshing and strong! All in all our we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Excellent service, exceptional food, generous portions and moderate prices.
